Absolutely loved this movie and his voice!!! The Netflix dubbing is trash but I loved the movie regardless!
Can't wait for a baby John Wick cameo where he kicks everyone's ass with his BB gun!
The first one was good, the second one was pretty great, the third one was decent enough - the finale was just a disaster. Much of that is down to Katniss just being a terrible character - maybe a more capable actress could have made her more relatable -, the rest mostly to the drawn-out and plain unsatisfying nature of the film and plenty of potential that is never achieved.
Beautifully over-the-top and everything you’d want from the final John Wick movie. Congratulations to all involved. Just, wow. “Yeah”. 8.5/10
Man likes dogs, shooting guns, and friends. He faces an old enemy, stairs.
A few lessons to be learned while young! To see Emma Thompson NOT holding back is amazing!
it's a little annoying that the plot is headed this way.. but I hope that MC gets a bit more clarity in thought and makes her decision fast.
I rewatched the first season in the last few days, and this episode looked and felt too different for my taste.
I went for the laughs and left the movie theater with an existential crisis. I loved it <3
"Pray for the best, but prepare for the worst."
Extremely tense is an understatement. Denis Villeneuve knows how to create tension so well that I was on edge the whole movie, even on my second viewing. Roger Deakins's amazing cinematography shows how dark (literally) this movie can be. Every frame is gorgeous. The lighting he uses is perfect. Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal both give phenomenal performances. The little quirks Gyllenhaal uses really brings the character to life. I think he is easily one of the best actors working today and doesn't get near enough credit. Jackman's rage is something fierce, he must of gotten good at that with Wolverine. This film is a masterpiece. Denis Villeneuve is one of my favorite directors and one of the best working today.
i’d only watched 40 minutes before i completely shut it off, not because it was too gory or disgusting for me. frankly im perfectly okay and desensitised to gore. the reason is because one third of the way i found out the actors playing victims were all adolescent some even my age (14). many of the adult actors hadn’t acted before this movie or only starred in 1 or 2. this is CLEAR pedophilia. the amount of people attempting to justify this monstrosity by saying; it is a statement or saying its a form of art and political theory is straight wrong. i understand art, i do think the objective of this movie and the overall statement is admirable but the way it is executed is absolutely not. the book was more than enough but there are boundaries to where a movie can portray certain problems. no minor should ever be put through this whether they enjoyed it or not. they well could have had adults to play the victims. if you think this movies contents (not aim) is justified/able you have a very distorted sense morality or you are just a pedophile.
"I can't stay depressed forever."
Not quite how that works.
Don't listen to the haters, this is a fun and entertaining movie if that's what you're looking for. Good cast and likable characters. Worth checking out.
I liked it although it doesn't reach the greatness of "How to train your dragon". I feel that this film is financed or sponsored by Greenpeace.
Am i the only one who thinks the beast resembles Toothless from "How to train your dragon"? Just wanted to get that out lol not that it matters. It's a good heartwarming show with a somewhat good storyline imo. Would recommend watching it even as an adult.
Beautiful movie, the production value is outstanding and even though the story is nothing to write home about, the pacing is good enough that you won't get bored a single minute.
This is a good watch if you're wanting a heartwarming adventure movie, Karl Urban's voice and sea salt in your hair.
Fantastic Animated movie one of a kind But has bland title for such and epic movie definitely worth watching
Olivia Colman is the best part of this whole damn show
Even though it's such small role, Olivia Colman appearing in almost every episode disqualifies her for guest category, right? Nevertheless I loved every second of her in this. The writers seem to really relish writing her and she's having a grand old time with it. "Start from the very beginning, and don’t miss out a damn decimal point."
I did not expect anything from this movie and that's what it was. It's okey but nothing special. Perfect for a rainy day if there's nothing else to watch. Lovely to hear a kiwi accent for once.
It's funny how all these romance movies are exactly the same and yet we still keep watching them. The truth is, we all know what is going to happen before we even watch the movie. But we still watch and still somewhat enjoy them even though they're overly cheesy and predictable. My biggest take away: I want to go to New Zealand!
Tired. Everyone just seem tired. Especially Samuel L. Jackson. Just feels like he had agreed to a contract he could not get out off. But other actors also feel tired and Ben-Adir is just horrible as the villain. Not even Mendelsohn is up to his usual standard.
I don't remember the show being this unrelentingly grim. I can see why critics disliked it.
I don't think this is up to the usual standard of Luther. That's not to say it's not a good movie, it is. I just didn't feel like you're in the world of Luther like you did when you watched the TV series.
This episode made me fall in love with La’An Noonien-Singh. Great acting by Christina Chong, in a brilliantly written episode.
4 episodes wasn't enough haha. I loved it especially the extra scene. Can't wait for the next Witcher season
Can't for the life of me figure out the repeated negative comments I've seen about it. This has been loads of fun to watch so far.
Love a good bit of expanded lore. Was not expecting the surprise arrival of Moran though. A good chuckle or two.
This episode just shows that you don't need action, just well performed dialog. I had a few moments that just had me on the brink of tears, but the "feels" were real. I love this series.
