Only possible comment on season 2; it is an absolute train wreck.
Fun show that sometimes goes a bit too far away from the characters in order to tell a message especially in later seasons
Everything you could ask for in a fanservice anime: Boobs, Panty Shots, and Butts
I really enjoyed the 1st and pretty much all of the 2nd season, but the 3rd season just made me angry because it got so stupid and aggevating.
Very good series! It keep the suspense on until the very end. Idris is perfect as usual. One of the best Apple TV+ series!
Just when I think the unbelievable stupidity of the writers and suspension of reality had already reached rock-bottom silliness, this show blasts its way even lower... I predict in season three we get JLH taking calls in a bikini top while firing a machine gun at terrorists, counter-hacking black hats and solving cold-cases which of course are all common tasks of 911 operators in this universe. Also a Sharknado at Santa Monica Pier seems plausible the way this show is headed. Oh and I’ll still be watching for some unknown reason!
This is a hard one to watch and I don't know they got away with this for so long.
Absolutely terrible show. The characters are way too idiotic to the point you kinda wish they would die in the show. Especially Rasmus
I give up on this. Boring.
There's so many good reviews and I don't understand it. It's just awful. The premise and idea is good, but the execution absolutely flopped. The script has weird lines that don't fit the characters or flow with the story. The plotline is a mess and I'm lost most of the time. I enjoy Sci-fi shows and films and this could have been great. Bad acting. Bad script. Bad script makes good actors look bad in this show. The only slightly redeeming quality is the halfway decent CGI and costumes. Ugh, I'm just so disappointed in it's many inconsistencies and plot holes.
Pretty meh. It tries to be a comedy and a drama and it fails at both. The comedy bits are few, last few moments and aren’t even that funny overall. The drama fails flat as well and you can’t really relate with most of the stupid things they do as all the drama they get is just stuff they bring on their own for no real reason.
Russo Brothers' expensive mistake which reaches new levels of ordinary
Citadel is an expensive & exorbitant mess made out of 1600 crores with which they could have revived countries out of poverty. This stylized, fancy espionage spy thriller is no better than hundreds of spy thriller we have seen in the past. Starting from patchy vfx, forced drama , unegaging characters and mediocre plot twists this has everything to get you dissapointed if you are loyal fan of solid spy thrillers.
The screenplay is a victim of uninteresting time jumps which taints every bit of engagement it tried to bring in. Other than Leslie Manville's vicious performance , Citadel fails to deliver even in terms of any other credible performance. The action set pieces other the opening sequence doesn't catch your eyes as all seem mediocre.
Overall, if you are someone who binge watches everything popular you may not like Citadel as it feels monotonous and tedious, but if you ocassionaly watch content on your TVs then this might be a good option to try. You might also want to watch this as Amazon is producing a spyverse for Citadel across multiple countries. Indian Edition of Citadel stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha and is being directed by Raj and DK. Citadel S01 also teases thr next chapter Citadel : Diana starring Italian actress Matilda De Angelis which will release in 2024.

Great first two episodes, looking forward to seeing how this develops
Alright, there it is...the "best" new anime of the season. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from this but it would've been great if this came out a few years ago. With the release and the popularity of action shonen anime rising by the minute, it's too easy to call out these types of anime to be filled with cliche tropes so I'm gonna be slightly critical here.
Firstly, I'm really happy with the production decision they made here. Real ballsy of them to develop characters because they know there is nothing much to be discussed story-wise. I have a couple of criticisms here which I don't wanna go deeply into considering this is just the first season. But since we're here...I do not like the 'internal monologuing' here at all. It's probably a personal thing but it kinda gets annoying I feel like I'll get used to it in the coming episodes. Adding to that point there's a lot of exposition happening here in terms of the power system. At the same time, I feel like there are no other ways to go around it so I can excuse it.
Having said that, negativity aside there's a lot to like here, the later half of the show has some incredible fighting action sequences, the choreography is excellent and the powerups pack a punch. I love the character design, the voice acting is incredible and I love how they decided to expand more into characters without making it seem too rushed or too fast. The power system which is probably the biggest strength of the show is one of the best I've seen in the genre, although it follows the same weakest-to-strongest trope they add their twist to it with the power system. They also throw in a bit of fan service which I won't complain about as long as we get more of Cha Hae In.
In conclusion there's a ton of room for improvement here, I could see this being the magnum opus of new gen anime.
Started off brilliantly, but they had about 7 episodes' worth of story stretched out into 13 episodes.
Too much filler. It's programming like this (taking a great concept, then diluting it by creating endless open-ended stories and contrived cliffhangers) that will cause the eventual demise of television based on comics.
For anyone who started this and wants to give up (like I honestly almost did), at least either get to episode 3 (or skip episode 2 entirely just to get to 3 quicker) because that's when it finally starts to go somewhere.
I watch A LOT of TV, and if I almost gave up ... so people with way less time would dump this show in an instant. Dunno what they were thinking, but those two first episodes should have been crunched down to 30 minutes (max), and then they could use the last 10 min of that first episode to start where episode 3 started ... otherwise it's just too damn slow.
Anyway, will update when finished watching.
Overall I liked the show but wished the episodes were longer to go more in-depth in each episode. It would have been great if they showed more of the husband and her co-worker's reactions to what she did. We also would have more time to show Eric's trauma to the experience. They only show maybe 5 seconds of it in episode 9 and that was it. There isn't enough time to get an emotional connection with him and his experience. Not even a therapy session or anything. What a waste of 10 episodes.
terrific show up until the third season. Absolutely awful. I will never watch anything with these actors again and Nathan Filion was always one of my favorites.
Jesus this show is so pathetic is painful to watch. Every 10 minutes people falling to 10 IQ and commit dumb shit just to keep the story going. Sadly can't rate it 0/10
This feels like a CW show, a LOT of teen drama and a little action as a side story. I just wish they would focus more on the games/escape rooms they're playing and make them more complex, lazy writing on that part. Feels like a PG version of Saw and Escape Room. On a positive note the romantic storylines are not bad I guess.
Season 2 is a mess. Too many side stories with super slow story development. Annoying editing job. And weak script. They should’ve stopped after season 1.
Ronnie is one of the most unlikeable people.. I really wish Sam came and he didn't
Just finished Season 1. The show is very authentic. From the military and intel side at least. However its very hard to make a series about the CIA and portray the agency and their officers in a good light. I'm not sure if the show was aiming to have me root for the antagonist but I was sure hoping his arc would have continued. I definitely liked how it changed pov so it wasn't always from an American standpoint and there was justified reasons for the antagonist. Strong series so far.
Is it me, or does the writing and acting on this show get worse each week?
Middle Schoolers being "Chuunibyou"! That is how you can sum up the entire thing.
This show was full of cringey dialogues and plot holes. I won't recommend it to anyone.
Best anime fall season 2020
Good acting matched with an interesting concept. It keeps you engaged, has enough tension and plot twists. Watched the whole first season in two sessions, I think that says enough.
Yeah well, not bad. There a lot of inconsistencies to that period of time and Sherlock/Watson/the bakerstreet boys, but maybe that's because of the Netflix wokeness. Was the term "clone" common in 18xx? Anyway, I watched the first two episodes and it's interesting enough to keep me watching.
I don't know why it's called "Most Wanted". It's just like the other FBI show. Just different characters. Not very interesting plots.
