The show's music is great. I enjoyed the ending montage. Cute episode.
Not a bad Christmas special. Not sure I understood why Zim was out trying to collect money at the beginning of the show but the ending Santa battle saved it.
This show sure is obsessed with meat.
I loved the little nod to the Star Wars swing scene.
I liked the music when Zim was trying to escape the ship.
The idea of a mars versus mercury planet duel between Zim and Dib is pretty well done.
Good casting and voice work in this episode.
An okay finale but I feel like it was an uninspired resolution. I am still glad we got a 2nd season and we got to see more of the game world which is where this series shines. I wish they had focused on the world a bit more than all the character's arguing.
Not sure I like the twist that the players are just clones of the real life people but think they are real and that all the other clones are just sims for people to mess with.
Meats of evil. Meats of evil. Lol
Good action but Giganto Baby is the stuff of nightmares.
The animation and design of the GIR house were incredible. You can see they put a ton of effort into it.
The episode started out strong but had a weak ending. Kind of a common problem with many episodes.
This episode is pretty wild and has so much more action than most episodes. Zim ends up freeing the earth but now it seems the earth is orbiting a different sun and the moon crashes into the earth and floats off. Does the show reference this in future episodes? Guess I will find out. Great CGI for a kids show from back then.
The movie Signs stole the whole water burns aliens BS from Zim!! The whole sequence where Zim throws a water balloon using all of the water from the planet was incredibly well done.
I love hearing Zim and GIR scream.
Finally the tournament happens. Who will in?
Old 60s science fiction is so much fun. Still pulpy and silly but still trying to imagine what space travel and navigation would be on other planets. This show is really well drawn and sounds more like an old sci fi radio show but they used real actors mouths to make the characters look more realistic or to save money on animation. I'm not sure which but the effect is a little weird looking. Overall looks like this will be a pretty good series. Glad I happened upon it.
Yikes! That paper beetle at the end was pretty scary.
OMG, this show is SOO 80s but it is pretty good. Lots of explosions.
OMG! The episode is months late but it actually is topical. Bart being able to control the world be forcing people to stop him from spoiling the summer blockbuster. It's been so long since I found a Simpson's plot topical and I really loved how Homer does not care. And in the spirit of the episode I hit the Spoiler Alert.
This episode was mostly just a music video to show off Folopia.
So the plot finally gets going with Project Thunderhole. A better episode.
Lampooning the kids shows of my youth most notably Land of the Lost the show is purposely unfocused and confusing but I am enjoying the effort to make it look "Good Bad".
Incredible character makeup and design. This is one of my all time favorite Farescape episodes.
This show gets more like Land of The Lost each episode. This one even included a whirlpool, lizard men and a run in with a T-Rex to open the show.
And the conniving of Marguerite begins as she causes the cave-in of the groups only path home while digging for diamonds.
I enjoy the character set up but most of the pilot's scenes are Jurassic Park rips offs. They did a great job on a limited 2000s budget.
Good episode. I enjoyed learning more about Crais background.
