Tony and Meadow have so much in common. Rather smart but making embarrassingly stupid decisions. In series. Just because they can.
Great cast, setting had potential and initially it's funny and entertaining enough.
But once when they unite and escape to the library it lost any appeal the movie had.
It's unbelievable how they managed to waste so much potential with so many pathetic elements.
Pathetic dialogues, pathetic characters, pathetic humor, pathetic plot.
CGI and some few scenes covering moral topics within two or three sentences were the only decent parts.
Oh please, Toni could gift his daughter hundreds of cars and somehow he is supposed to pick that one specific car that she'd recognize and results in drama?
No idea what the writers thought here but it's embarrassingly unrealistic.
That was peak Roman in recent episode.
Considers himself a maker, while always relying on playing dumb or wreckless when something is inconvenient.
When the emotions become too much he breaks apart, looking for release in mindless confrontation. And he bites the hand reached to him, lying on the floor.
Logan and Connor dropped some truth bombs, Roman was the most balanced and treasonable character.
Shiv and Kendall are pretty much on a kamikaze mission, following up each miserable decision they made with another one. Reminded me of gamblers, trying to win their losses back with ever greater risks.
Once more Marisa carried the show, every other character is just a tragically lacklustre experience. And by every other I do mean every other.
Spoiler alert:
How they didn't explain at all that the dying character in the cube was "the Authority" is just another typical failure by the showrunners.
They finally made it happen, Marisa Coulter is the most reasonable character and my favorite. Thanks Lyra, your efforts to make me reach that breaking point were tremendous.
Fantastic performances, great emotional stories but not with too much pathos. The development of the protagonist from a "my formula does it all" technocrat to someone who learns to listen and care and also has the power to change the parameters was nice but believable, thanks to another outstanding performance by Keaton.
This movie certainly deserves a greater audience than it had.
A wonderful summary of all the reasons why I despise the vast majority of all horror movies. The only scary parts were the dialogues and what the writers had planned next.
I struggled with the start, she simply was a bit too over the top. But it constantly gets better and ends up being a memorable experience.
Some few scenes showed the potential for something better. But the vast majority of the movie is worse than just bad.
Pretty intense ride and 99% of the time I hoped that he'd pay the price for his insanity and horrible character. A really exceptional experience and performance.
I'm all for strong women and lead characters. And Kate obviously is intelligent, very experienced and knowledgeable.
So why in hell is this show, made by two women, portraying this character as some emotional and irrational wreck whenever Hal or Austin are involved?
She immediately expects the worst, rarely listens when they express their motivation and her first instinct always is to run first and then to follow up with some drama.
Or in other words: Everything you could possibly do wrong as a diplomat.
This series began so strong and there is still lots to like but this part is increasingly ruining my experience.

I'm beginning to be slightly underwhelmed. It's logical that Kate can't dictate international processes all by herself but there are so many things she doesn't register even in her closest and most personal relations.
No strong start, as her actions and decisions don't seem very motivated and determined initially. But later we get plenty of everything that matters.
Shame that it's getting pretty lame and irrational. It's almost a contest between Wendy and Ruth.
Mostly a not too special episode, with the exception of that one scene where Mi-jo expresses her feelings and gratitude to Joo-hee's mom. That was stellar.
I like the simplicity and effectiveness of Jonah's advice to his sister: Do you really want to rely your only options in your life on mom?
He is the only one taking steps to distance himself from the monster Wendy became.
Really interesting how they achieved very smart people doing very stupid things and remain believable. How Wendy expects to survive while making so many enemies at every opportunity is a miracle.
A comedy movie that is never funny and a thriller that is only exciting because all characters are just nuts.
Tom Pelphrey already was the best that happened in Iron Fist, impressive that he managed the same within the outstanding cast of Ozark.
I only wonder about the script. The Byrds knew about his problems, so they had to know the risks of having him around them.
I felt so absolutely not sorry for Wendy. Even in this episode she had the opportunity to reduce the harm for Ben and his potential to harm others. And she bitterly opposed it.
This should only be the beginning of the price she'll have to pay for all her sins.
So many incredible little moments. Those two staring at each other in the subway was pretty much perfection.
I can't wait for Wendy to pay the price. And I hope the rest won't have to suffer too much.
Superb acting, emotional and well-balanced plot. I love it. And I wonder why it's one of the less popular k-dramas.
No idea why some got so excited about this movie. The acting is average at best, the setting not too inspiring and the end was very predictable.
Phew, I'm so glad that Arthur survived. While not my favorite character, I really appreciate his part. And the acting is excellent.
