"I love roasting Nazis"
Rory saying that just makes it better haha
I hate the medical scene .. too far fetched and completely unbelievable in terms of how things resolved .. How can you things end and conclude like that? I expect tension and more dramatic scenes but
I gave it now three episodes to see where they are going with this.
Terrible. Still too violent for a MacGyver, the story of this particular episode was very odd.
"Killing" a guy only temporarily for so long without any kind of brain damage (or bleeding out) as a result was stretching it too much for me. At least the "assholeness" of MacGyver was tuned down a bit these last two episodes.
But I still dislike Lucas Till as the new MacGyver, he's still too much of an I-can-do-everything guy.
However, there's no point in complaining every episode that this MacGyver is too violent or Till not really a fit for this role. Although, let it be mentioned that an attempt at a non-violent action show would set this apart from all the other action packed shows.
And please get rid of these stupid jumpcuts (the "sniper" incident, when they were driving away with the white car, wtf is that cutting for?) and the atrocius CG(I) gunfire.
Speaking of getting rid of, write Wilt out. He's such a misplaced character. I liked the actor in Rush Hour, really, and I think it'd be not bad to have him in this in a more serious and important role but definitely not as Wilt. I'm thinking of Simon Pegg's character in Mission Impossible for him.
The MacGyverness felt more natural this episode (remember the bowl of paperclips in episode 2? they go too far with this), as inaccurate and stupid some of it seemed. That's another plus.
There are too many better (action) shows airing that it feels difficult to specifically recommend this over the others.
The only thing that might keep me watching is Tristin Mays as Riley. She reminds me of a young Jessica Alba and with that I get reminded of Dark Angel that I loved to watch back then.
Good shooting, it was clear that something would happen to her
"You're like a second daughter, you overshare your feelings" xD
"That's her panic button, you know, because we kept getting kidnapped."
These quotes had me laughing.
You get powers! You get powers! Everyone gets powers!!
That episode was absolutely amazing. So glad to have Harry back. Tom Cavanagh is an amazing actor. I hope he stays throughout the season. That scene with Jesse and Harry in the end was absolutely beautiful <3
Also why do I get the feeling that Julian Albert is the Alchemy? xD
Overall I absolutely loved the episode. 10/10
Hot damn, this season is so good. Everything about it is just absolutely awesome.
That opening scene was great. It was super cool to see how differently Barry experiences things.
Harry and Jesse are back! I'm so happy! Let's hope they stick around for a while.
Magenta was a pretty fantastic villain. I'm always a sucker for the whole Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde thing. I can't even really blame her for her actions. There aren't many things in the world that I hate more than abusive parents. Sure, trying to destroy a hospital full of innocent people was way too extreme, but I can't say that I don't understand her motivations. Oh, and her hair was dope.
"Dad cop" is wonderful. And Barry being a "second daughter" made me giggle.
I can't wait for Team Flash to find out about Caitlin's powers.
Julian is a freaking asshole. Everything about him, from his stupid vest to his stupid messy hair, screams bad guy to me. How can you hate Barry Allen? That's just not physically possible. Look at him. He's the sweetest person in the world.
That last scene with Harry and Jesse was so good and pure. It made me really happy.
I've talked about Barry and Iris before, but god damn it, that is some tooth-rotting fluff right there. It should be illegal to be this cute. I can't stop grinning like an idiot.
I have to say that I enjoyed this episode. I like the chemistry that is being written for the new "Team Arrow". WildDog is the impulsive hot-head who bites off more than he can chew, Artemis is the willing student, Ragman is the misunderstood member of the team, and Curtis is the comic relief. I was surprised that the show pulled off Mr. Terrific's costume. Cody Runnels (Rhodes) was good as the bad guy for this episode. Diggle in prison is interesting. I even managed to not fast-foward or mute the television when the segments with Felicity came on.
What a fantastic episode! Barry continues to understand the error of his ways and tries to deal with them in his own way. I really love the Barry and Cisco dynamic this episode. Cisco being able to help Barry but also not be OK with what Barry did makes their relationship the most intriguing so far. The new big bad is finally not a speedster. Here is to another great season!
After two episodes I read missed the intro, which should be slightly changed.
My name is Barry Allen, and I screwed everyone's lives. To my friends from another time line I am an ordinary speedster, but secretly with the help of my time in the speedforce I learnt nothing and changed entirely the time line to save my mom and dad. I kidnapped the man who killed my mom, but in doing so, another speedster sent Kid Flash into a comma and my memories were almost gone. And I am the only one dumb enough to go back in time again. I am screwed.
I can totally see it
Anyone can just walk into GCPD like it's a flea market. One would think they already learned out of their past mistakes. That's the thing I hate about this show, police department is so bad.
Massive missed opportunity! Instead of Riggs grabbing the nailgun, Murtaugh grabs it. Banger still says "got no nails, homie" to which Murtaugh replies "homie don't play dat." Writers, I'll expect my check in the mail.
Barry Allen the stupidest man alive is back. This show played so much with time traveling that's it doesn't make sense anymore and it's impossible not getting confused about it.
"Now, who's the villain Flash? Now, who's the villain?" I got goosebumps, literally.
My body is ready, slugger.
While most of the Avengers are taking a "vacation" in Wakanda, SHIELD is out there saving the world again and again. Maybe SHIELD should be in the movies and not the other way around. AHAHA jk. Tony Stark and Vision may be the only ones that knew what was happening and still they would need to ask the UN for authorization. I guess they could send the military first and only them as last resort. The thing I didn't get was about the three EMP devices in the USA (Miami, LA and DC) but Coulson, Mack, Fitz and Yo-Yo only deactivated one of them, right? So who deactivated the other two EMP? I was bit confused there...
I guess New York should've been the primary target from the Watchdogs but then they would need to explain why the Defenders weren't there.
Please for the love of the universe someone give Amy Acker her own show.
For real, one of the best, if not, the best episode of the entire season !
Amazing !
Great episode. Only goofy part was Brian discussing NZT with a family in the beginning.
I really had no expectations for this show, so it was okay.
I think that with time I can actually like the characters, however the writing needs to improve a LOT.
But the shaky camera when they are running is so awful! I really hope it was a one time thing. And all the cool stuffs he does with everyday things really should be fun and new, and in this episode it was pretty much what we've saw in every spy show/movie.
Restoring confidence in someone once lost is difficult, Kalinda Sharma errr, the official NSA well
Some people hated on Fish from previous seasons but I think she was really one of the main reasons to watch the show along with Cobblepot. She's had some great one liners too. Glad to see her back.
I am so glad to have Gotham back. Last season was absolutely brilliant. Expecting good things this season as well.
The premier was so good. I am loving this crazy Barbara haha, Gordan as a bounty hunter is quite the badass. The reporter seems like an interesting character as well. Excited to see where this takes us. THAT ENDING. WHAT. HOW MANY TIMES DOES HE NEED TO BE KIDNAPPED LOL.
Loved the episode. 9/10
Also will be interesting to see who the stowaway was that came with them from the alternate reality. Probably will be one of the bigger reveals in season 3 since they did not explore it on this season. Could be Jace Corso again lol
Damn that was one hell of a cliff-hanger.
this episode perfectly reflects the best of what limitless has to offer: a catching story, great actors, a lot of sarcasm, yet enough room to get your attention caught.
I would have watched more often if I knew the season was ending already. Limitless is definitely getting better with much more intrigue. Sure the goofiness still exists but it's a fun show.
" The Last Ship" even know its a tv show with 3 seasons so far, I must say Thank you to all who made this show possible, even the actors for such Great work, this show gave me Allot more respect as well I value even more what people do to protect each city, town, state province's, land and waters in general. my hat off to all of you that supports our men and women who fight each day for our people around the world, even every race, and culture.
I want to thank you!
THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST TV dramas of the last 5 YEARS IN MY BOOKS !
I never thought about wanting to fight or be part of a team like this show sets the stage, but I can truly see myself wanting to support such a unit ! as team players and supporters. WELL DONE!!!
Awesome episode! Finally some loose ends tied up.
Loved seeing the army members lay down their arms, for the right cause. Also wish Tex didn't have to die :'(
What an awesome finale. This show just keeps getting better and fucking better. I'm glad that bitch Shaw got what she deserved. Why you Tex? Why you.... RIP.
