all the new recurring characters were annoying except for scared cheerleader girl who was absolutely serving '80s scream queen vibe
As someone that dislikes group chats and has been put in the uncomfortable position of having to turn down an invitation, I felt seen. Lol.
Another good episode, was a really good episode for Katara, however, while the chemistry was actually there for Sokka and Yue, I felt the kiss was WAY too rushed, also the conflict between Azula and Ozai feels very rushed too, felt like this show would've benefited from having 10 episodes instead of 8
As someone who speaks Portuguese (BR), it's sucks that they speak english as if was portuguese, but other than that, great beginning.
am I the only one who thought in the beginning that Logan dying was a ploy to somehow fuck over the kids again :sweat_smile::upside_down:
……nah it was just me & maybe I ended up caring for the bastard in the end (help)
Ok this episode was total crap. Reacher stands out in the open and calls out for the bad guy who could be hiding anywhere and shoot him from any angle. Then the helicopter comes in with a gunman shooting an AK or something similar and again Reacher goes out in the open with his pistol and has a shootout with the guy? Then the cop walks out in the open straight towards the bad guys? That’s just so stupidly unrealistic. No trained officer would do that. He would run from cover to cover and try and flank them or at least come at a diagonal. Was I asleep during the first 13 episodes or did the action sequences just become very stupid?
4 episodes in. This show is absolute garbage and probably the shittiest Marvel Show ever…
A full writers room thinks that state of the art surface to air missiles are just delivered by some random trucker completely by himself.
We always see the flaws better in others than in ourselves ;)
Only partially in and I'll add as it goes on.
- He arrived in Northpole and Aang didn't do single moment of Waterbending.. Aka he's magically gonna learn it in the moment of need...
All the acting falls flat.. Almodt every single actor did an aweful job this episode... The only one who remains consistent is Iroh.
Sokka and the princess kissing out of nowhere
Lighting effect got introduced at a terrible moment on top of looking terrible
The longer the show goes on the more it seems to suffer from rushed content. It's slowly falling apart.
Everytime somebody makes those Sigma edits on Godfather, you laugh and say to yourself "What a stupid kid!"
That kid is Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
Haseen Dillruba is a steamy romantic thriller
which is of two drastically different halves. The first half gives you ample humor, romance, and good drama but the second half falls flat due to unconvincing and inadvertent writing. Despite sharp performances from Vikrant Massey and Tapsee, this dark and twisted tale of love leaves you miffed with a pointless climax. Still worthy of a watch.

THINGS THAT MADE THIS EPISODE F*CKIN AMAZING:
- Getting to see the dragons in action was truly beautiful;
- Dany and Yara interaction was GOLD;
- The battle was very very very good. Tense and visually stunning. I couldn't breathe throughout it;
- Ramsey FINALLY being killed and ultimately by Sansa;
- >>>Sansa's character development!!!!<<<<
- Rickon dying as well was awful, but I can't say it was a wasted death nor a bad executed scene.
S06 was worth it mainly because of this entire episode. Still can't believe how good it was. I hope the finale is even better.
The way they picked an episode title that would make absolutely no one suspect anything…
I was close to stop watching the show after the first three episodes. Everyone seemed to be a self-absorbed rich asshole, the show itself seemed to be going nowhere. But I'm so glad I didn't stop watching. Episode five was the first one where I thought "Oh, maybe it isn't so bad after all." It only improved afterwards. With all the schemes, backstabbing, and generally horrible people it's basically Game of Thrones set in 2018 New York. Succession is probably the best show on TV at the moment. I can't wait for season two.
I just watched this for the first time. I cried like a small child through the whole "I could have got more" scene.
This movie is heartbreakingly perfect.
The whole Bob situation was so obvious. I saw that coming from a mile away.
His bodyguard, Colin, looked so heartbroken…
In a show where words come 100 miles a minute, when noise is the norm, silence deafens. What is not said haunts the space between giants, desperately grabbing for loose roots hanging from a cliff.
Never has the word “what” held this much power. And the fractured relationship tells you what they’ve lost.
Succession has never been mediocre. But this season we are seeing such a tour de force it borders on overwhelming.
Probably the best Branagh Poirot movie so far, mostly by virtue of not having the ugly, plastic sheen of the previous 2 movies. This one captures the old school filmmaking style Branagh is going for pretty authentically, and the visuals are easily the best thing about this movie. With that being said, the final result is still nothing to write home about. While the characters and acting are generally ok, the dialogue and mystery are once again unexciting and lack a distinct artistic flair. Add to that a sluggish pace and poorly executed touches of horror (really unnecessary if you’re not willing to lean into that influence in a creative way), and you have a movie that is overall pretty forgettable and dull.
4.5/10
In episode six, Rings of Power Season One's slow burn abruptly bursts into an inferno.
The Good: Major plot threads finally knit together; the fight choreography is impressively on point; key characters take decisive, emotionally resonant steps; we're treated to some jaw-dropping imagery. I wish the whole series so far had been more like this episode.
The Bad: The final battle confusingly cuts from: 1) a pitched nighttime siege to 2) a bright daylight charge to 3) a dawn melee. Did the cavalry descend into a really shady valley, just ahead of the morning sun? The editing didn't make this clear.
The Ugly: The episode's swift, sudden plot and character developments reinforced my sense that the series has been poorly paced, overall. Instead of the meandering journey we got, I'd rather the season had built steadily toward this point.
Still, quite the spectacle.
Great episode....except it struck me as rather unbelievable that the suicide car at the end reached the bus despite a large amount of (supposedly trained!?) US troops shooting at it. It's not like it was a reinforced car, just a rust bucket.
The special effects are beautiful but unconvincing. The main characters are unlikeable, the science is absurd, the story is predictable and the movie is funnier than it was meant to be.
But at least you can't really say it was boring.
Awful, I've seen every episode and this will be the last one I watch
2 of the most handsome men alive can't save a shite movie. Just retire Russos, your best work is behind you.
So when does this play?
Because until the 19th century no one gave a crap if and how much Opiates you took with Laudanum being free to buy for everyone up until 1920...
About the Pilot in general:
I am not impressed so far. The actors are ok, there is no pc-washing going on (female sailors and such) but the story isn't that interesting either.
Suspense basically doesn't exist, since I don't give a crap about what is happening to the characters.
Totally masala film. i.e cliche action with cheesy lines.
Unrealistic but super cool action sequences, almost believable fantastic CGI and weirdly interesting wordplay in the dialogue that nearly made me forget how cringeworthy the content was.
There was an undertone of patriotic struggle throughout the film and religion was portray as another aspect of life rather than a plot point of the story. Take that as you will but personally I liked it.
Got to say though, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham really nailed it down for me that I'm very bisexual. curves and Muscles everywhere folks.
I'm done pretending like this show is building to anything resembling a competent story and character arc. That's clearly never going to be the case. Also, I have to say, only in a "woke" show like this can every single male on screen be so insanely and stereotypically terrible.
