The start with the Guardians was not funny. The Guardians havent been funny since the 2nd movie. This whole Thor movie is over-the-top in almost every scene. I smiled maybe twice. Tessa Thompson is extremely overrated actress, who only gets cast because of the color of her skin. Too bad they made this movie so completely bullshit.

I really like Zachary Levi, ever since Chuck. First Shazam I sincerely looked forward to and overall it was ok, but nothing special at all unfortunately.
So Shazam 2, ok, still Levi so I wanted to watch it. But this whole family thing again with the wokeness all over, less cool.
Some jokes and references, sure, funny. Much funnier than many recent 'comedy' I've had to endure.
But yet again, not that great. Too much fake drama. All the cliche are there.
Anyway. Overal it's okay. But that's it.
I suppose a lot of scenes and oneliners are supposed to be funny...... but they arent.

To my surprise I actually enjoyed it. Very well done on how the movie does not take itself too serious, but is still not too cringe (except for the piano scene, that was just too much).
All in all, entertaining and Nicolas Cage is superb, great chemistry with Pedro Pascal.

This movie had some good things in there like the shot in the round corridor being a nice nod to the original set of '60s Bond movies, the portrait of mrs Dench in the hallway.... but the ending I could see coming by halfway the movie. And it makes me deeply saddened. Very disappointing. It destroys the movie for me.

It kept me glued to the screen, but with absolute disgust. I wanted to stop this restaurant-version of Alice in Borderlands. Seriously what a f'ed up story. Maybe I should rate this nightmare of a burger joint higher for the amazing acting performances, but... ugh. No. Just dont waste your time on this movie and just order a cheeseburger with fries.

These 2 movies are actually better than I expected. Not a fan of Eleven at all, also don't like her in real as a person. But she's quite good in both movies. Chemistry with Cavill is great.

The violence is a bit too graphic for my taste. And the story perhaps a bit too predictable. Some scene of getting into the back door of MI5 seems taken from the James Bond movie where the bad guys go into MI6. Though perhaps that James Bond movie got its idea from this, not sure which was first :)
Quite good acting from most players. Not too big a fan of the Harry character. His motivations of helping a muslim terrorist are strange and not very well gotten into. Not sure if that is due to his stone cold acting, or just bad writing.
I suppose most people get to this movie because Kit Harington is in this, but I actually got here because of Tuppence Middleton who plays the adorable Riley Blue in Sense8.

Absolutely loved this movie. Great wink to the past and not needed for the new generation to have watched the original one to fully understand the movie. Also nice to see a proper movie without all the over the top woke shit that has seemingly become the new 'standard'.

It seems that basically all budget was used on getting the name of Mel Gibson on the board.
Not a proper scenarist could be hired, or anyone who can write some - even mediocre - dialogs. Not even all the naked boobies can hide the crap this movie is.

Most of the movie is in French, but a lot is English spoken. The movie feels like it's made for 15 year old's. It is far from an intelligent movie unfortunately. Sharon Stone is superb, every scene with her in it lights up the movie. Anyone else has the charisma of a doorpost.
On paper this sounded like an interesting action flick. But oh my... what a piece of crap. Ruby Rose is fugly. And not an actress. Actrash with that short hair and trailerstyle tats. The 'story' is also just trash. Cinematic shots are all throughout the movie the same, with side shots of a vehicle moving. So called 'action' scenes are dull and either utter bull or just random and predictable. Everything is aimed at having as many explosions as possible.
And of course. We have here also yet another movie about that all police are white and crooked. Right.
I cant find a single positive thing about this movie. Well ok: it's short.
It's a good action flick. Don't mind reality too much and you're golden ;)
And no, the story is not extremely predictable at all :)
