This season has been slow but it finally picked up in this episode.. typical as next episode is finale.
To be honest I don’t see how they can get another season out of it but we shall see.
Boring and predictable!
Terrible chemistry, terrible acting, terrible script, terrible storyline. If anyone has watched Stargirl - Stargirl is better! If they worked hard on this they could maybe have had something, but the lazyness behind every aspect of this shines through. Pity!
Really starting to lose interest now so this series better pick up fast.
Can’t wait for Tommy’s story to come back.
Walking dead all over again but this time they can run!
It was like watching Oceans 11 on LSD !!! Anyway my order was:
Green
Yellow
Violet
Orange
Blue
Red
:sparkling_heart: Pink
:white_large_square: White
I would also love to know what people thought of the show when ‘Pink’ was their 1st episode.
If this show makes it to a 2nd season I would be shocked. Boring characters & boring storylines mean the only satisfaction you will get from this series is if you use it as a sleeping aid!
Nope that’s it, can’t do it any more… I hung on in there through the whole Jodie Whitaker debacle hoping the series would be better. The bar was so low after the previous couple of seasons but somehow it slipped under.
Sadly, I guess my DW days are done.
I’ve been patient, I’ve watched 6 episodes but each and everyone is more boring than the previous. It’s a shame…. The idea is good but the writing has let it down terribly. 3 /10 at a push.
I tried several times to get into this series but I could never get past the first episode.
This weekend having nothing else whatsoever to watch I finally took the plunge and thank God I did. I am a massive fan of the vikings series and worried that it would not compare, that was a mistake on my part because this series is it’s own story and once I had accepted that (by season 1 ep 4) I loved it in its own merit. I binged all 4 seasons and now it’s over I feel lost! If you like a good solid battlefield drama then this is for you. If you are vikings fan you would probably like it even more so for the references to both Saxons and vikings that you have already come to love and hate.
If you are in any doubt whatsoever please just give it a try. You will not be disappointed. I have only ever awarded 3 TV series a a 10/10 rating; Breaking Bad, House of cards & Vikings. I am happy to say:asterisk_symbol::asterisk_symbol: The Last Kingdom will now join those elite few! 10/10 :asterisk_symbol::asterisk_symbol:
Weak stomachs should avoid!
@alexlimberg PS: it's 2024 and they still don't do backups - let alone encrypt their data.
:joy::joy::joy: thought the exact same thing!
So anyone notice the file that Soong took out of drawer. “Khan”
So who is Khan?
Khan is the main antagonist in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Space Seed", and was portrayed by Ricardo Montalbán, who reprised his role in the 1982 film Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.
The role of Khan was later reprised by Benedict Cumberbatch in Star Trek Into Darkness (Nimoys Last film) quick toast to Spock ..
:champagne_glass: Live long and prosper :vulcan_tone1:
Is Khan going to be the main villain for season 3 or merely just an episode side story? Maybe Khan means something else entirely or maybe I am just looking into something that’s not really there????
Great! She lived… this was your golden opportunity to get rid of this dreadful actress/ character!
I should have know better!
Maybe a season 3 maybe not?!?

Noooo don’t say that... I was looking forward to this series returning.
I think Effie is the most interesting character by far in this whole series. (Season by season her character gets deeper. Torn between 2 worlds in every aspect of her life… lovers, drugs, study, future, loyalties… And that’s exactly what her character does to the viewer.
In one season you hate her next you love her. On the one hand you want to feel sorry for her, but on the other hand you know she doesn’t need your pity and is more than capable of taking care of herself. Nonetheless you still want to wrap her up in a cosy blanket and take care of her just for a bit.
Effie’s journey in mind is probably the hardest of all the characters because ultimately she is alone. No parents, no family, no truly loyal friends, she has nobody. She is trying to navigate her life in the best way she can. Those decisions are not always the wisest, but she refuses to give up.
I have no idea what the writers have planned for Effie. Although the writers must be in heaven with the choices available for Effie’s future, I feel more than any other character she deserves and WE deserve, to see her go off into the sunset and live happily ever after…
Then again this is MTV not Disney!
I always comment on shows rarely on one character particularly one who isn’t a lead but I on this occasion I really felt it had to be said.
Here’s wishing Effie Morales a long and happy future! :yellow_heart:

This is a shit show. It’s all over the place. Great actors but shoddy acting and script writing. It’s actually stressful watching it and not in a good way!
I am a newbie to the lord of the rings and hobbit trilogy’s and to be honest I wasn’t as overwhelmed by the films as most, but that said I think because of that reason I was able to embrace this series with maybe more of an open heart than I die hard fan would. ( as a die hard fan of Star Wars movies I am way more critical of the spin off series)
I found this quite interesting, I loved the characters and love the different stories slowly coming together.
I’m lucky Ive only just watched this series meaning I have just 12 days to wait for season 2.
What a beautiful feel good movie… such a refreshing change to the usual crime, thriller, psychological movies I normally watch. Those are not tears, it’s hay fever!
How did the Microchip end up back in the Perspex?
Correct me if I’m wrong, but an entire tall office building fell in that sinkhole so how come only 30 people and a handful of cars and other things are portrayed? Surely there would be in the region of at least a few hundred people not to mention the office block itself. I mean if the billboards and traffic lights made it down surely the office block would be there too.. just saying!
One of those rare tv shows that deserve to be on tv every week, 52 weeks a year… until it doesn’t, which is a long way off! Hopefully!
Just when I thought this series was finally going somewhere they do the old “Twin Switcheroo” thing. Seriously annoying. Would have been better if they had hidden that from us too but the fact we know will just really get on my nerves.
Shame.
4 Seasons! Originally I thought this particular spin off wouldn’t get far but yet it surprisingly keeps me interested.
Mary J Blige plays Roc so well. Definitely the best character in this series. Next up Kane. I want to hate him but just can’t. He is great!
Still want to slap Tariq though!
Ahhhhhhhh! lol Poor Roc.
This episode was brilliant, one of the best in the entire show.
lol Tariq still looks about 10 years old…
Oh bring back the days of the team. Ezra, Avi, Lena & Ray… they were brilliant together. I miss those days. Ray has turned into such a bloody twat, even I want to slap him.
The end of that episode made me tearful, can’t believe I’m saying that !
Bob fucking Segler - :microphone: wow best scene ever!
Best scene ever - (Walk this way dance) loved it!
