this seems unfinished, but it was cool, creative
one of the greats. this season is going to be my favorite.
this was actually very good. i didn't expected it.
i wish i could give 11 hearts to this. incredible. and in the end "directed by david fincher". it makes total sense.
i missed these guys. they could have their own series.
what a mess of a storyline. what keeps me in this show is how beautifully animated it is (if present marvel animations were animated like this, i would love it!) and the promise of future good stories, assembling the heroes.
this is... bad. these characters in the mcu are so much more likeable. i loved this show when i was a kid, but now i don't know if i do.
so cringe! i like the animation style, the colours in particular. but the script is SO BAD, oh my god.
not the best first episode of superhero animations. it doesn't seem like a first episode, there are too many characters and not so much establishment. actually, on trakt this is the sixth episode, which makes sense, but on my disney+ this is the first episode. i'm confused.
i love ewan mcgregor, he's really everything. obi-wan kenobi is the greatest. this show is a great addition to the star wars canon - at least in this beginning, let's see how it'll end.
for me, this episode was almost perfect - i just don't engage with the script making leia, a super smart child, run from who clearly wants to protect her - let's be honest, she only ran so they could show obi-wan using his powers. kinda reminded me of the original films, when the writers sometimes did leia's personality dirty in other character's favours. but oh boy, i'm loving this. i love star wars.
i LOVE star wars. love love love. this is love.
i love ewan mcgregor playing obi-wan kenobi. i love the kids of anakin. i love the sillyness and the seriousness, all delivered in a new but respectful way.
damn, marvel studios should learn.
now that the platonic crush is gone and they are kinda together, the story has turned into something else for me. i like nick a little less because he makes charlie go through these humiliations again, even though i understand it's hard for him too. actually, a rugby game is a great setting to show this compulsory heterosexuality that torments everyone, and especially nick here. looking forward to the moment when nick and charlie will live happily ever after.
there are times when cliche doesn't work, and there are times when the elements of the cliche actually gives us some refreshing moments and feelings. the direction of this show knows what they're doing. this is actually more than expected, comparing to other famous netflix and disney+ shows.
so so so so so so cute
my heart's stopped. most beautiful thing ever made.
"agatha all along" is THE BEST moment of this show. hands down.
ok. it's not that I didn't like it, but... in the first season, there was a crescent. at first I wasn't that interested, but in the last episode i LOVED all of that. in the beginning of this second season, i was loving it, looking forward to where this new premise would take, but in the end, it was disappointing. doesn't match the first season because it's not as cohesive. all the crazyness here didn't lead to a satisfying place for me. it was great to follow along, but in the end, i realized we didn't need another season. not to be done like this, sacrificing the story for aesthetics.
this is a good first episode. god i missed theses characters so much. excited for the rest of the premise.
oh, this was a GREAT episode. now we're talking! this was so well made, oh my god. the terror! the adventure! the ending! so good.
MAY CALAMAWY! she's so good! a really great secondary character, giving other past marvel female characters who were not so interesting compared to their male counterparts (i'm looking at you sylvie!)
and OSCAR ISAAC. he's so captivating! just what marvel needs right now: great actors who gives all of themselves to the role. and ethan hawke... just the perfect antagonist. NOW, after THIS EPISODE, i'm looking forward to the future of these characters. i'm caring, just like i should.
this show is bad but it's a superhero show that's so crazy that i end up liking it
this show is SO BAD!!! but i LOVE IT.
also just noticed that green arrow here is JUST LIKE batman, and star city is just like gotham.
oh my GOD, thank god she didn't screw her father. i was worried it was him lmao
i missed this character SO FCKING MUCH! NO ONE travels in time the way natasha lyonne does! i'm happy i get to see how this all goes. let's go season twooo
ok, this was a great episode. everything was on point. maybe my biggest problem is with steven. marc spector should always be in command.
OH, and this definitely should be a movie. for streaming only maybe, but it would be a GREAT mcu movie, instead of this 'ok' show. maybe the mcu has made a mistake in making all these tv show projects (except for wandavision and loki, these aren't movies. even "what if...?" would be great if reformuled as a 90-minute streaming only animation about the guardians of the multiverse)
colin is so boring, oh my god. his episodes are always the worst. and why brooke has this problem in saying "no". she just can't put limits.
a communist rebellion, silver surfer being a messiah and pip, the troll from eternals. nice.
SO SO SO SO SO GOOD OH MY GODDD I CAN'T WAIT FOR SEASON 2
this show gets so much better with two lead actors. they're good together.
"thursday, what a concept!" the way she says it it's SO GOOD! this is a really great line delivery, i'm glad it became a meme, it's deserved.
but the episode is boring.
watching it for the second time, it's SO MUCH better. i don't know what changed, but i like it.
this is interesting. i don't know if i like this show or not. I'm interested, but not in the usual way. it's not the characters charisma or a super involving story. maybe it's the themes that keeps me anchored. or i'm just seeking for answers, i don't know. but this show, for some unknown reason, left me scared. i don't know why.
