“You dont end up in bad situations, you make bad decisions.”
Yupp. No excuse.
Also that neighbour in the wheelchair. Unpopular opinion but only because you’re in a wheelchair doesn’t give you a free card to be an asshole. But w/e they’ll probably start liking one another or something.
“Vaginal pleasure doesn’t diminish with age or lack of contact.” Noooo, but it can by trauma and other mental issues, which I suspect “not getting touched by your significant other for 6 years while longing for a physical relationship” might provoke. Strongly.
Yikes. Remi’s got some problems. He came off so differently in the first season. Like he’s really mellowed.
”I want a divorce” yeeeeeee, you go girl! Good for you!
Nice fade into a sort of “your bowl my mangos” kind of image.
And I absolutely loved the ending. Ola really has been annoying me way more lately. And she used to be so cool.
How can someone be so stupid to look at his phone during its first time?
And of course she was gonna cheat over Jakob. :expressionless:
Fucking love Lily
Loving this season.
Rahim and Eric on the dance machine were just about the sweetest thing.
Jakob has started to annoy me. I don’t like when people act like they own someone else’s place. There’s a time for that, but I don’t feel that time has come yet.
Poor Aimee. It’s so typical. You think you’re the one inconveniencing everyone because well, it’s just a sneeze, but then you suddenly find yourself invaded and scared and triggered. Woop.
I love Aimee :'( hope she gets even more scenes this season!
I love Eric SO much and he absolutely made this episode. Had me laughing so hard a number of times I couldn’t breathe “You said it was normal!” :joy:
And now we know why Otis is so uncomfortable with his own sexuality... But I'm guessing he'll come to terms with it by the end of the season. But only slightly, because we want more seasons of this precious little gem of a show.
I'm not sure what will happen to Eric. At first, I thought he had gone into the classic (and cliché) self-destruction downward spiral, but I smelled a hint of premature redemption during his conversation with pretty face Indian boy. I just hope they won't ruin the character with all that angst. I mean, it's understandable that he's feeling that way, that's also him growing up, as a person, but I don't want to see him deviate too much from his joyful self. Also, I hope Otis will eventually get to him. I find their friendship more heartwarming and real than that of those kids from Stranger Things.
Of course, Otis' scene with whatshername was as awkward and uncomfortable as it was funny. Not because of Otis, he clearly has a trauma about sex, but the girl was a hoot!
Oh! Gillian "Clearly Horny as Fuck" Anderson finally got some! Hooray! Or... Did Otis' panic attack cockblocked her? If so, then it's the second time Otis cockblocks her mom, damn!
And now, for the cherry on top that was that very last scene: so, Maeve does have a tiny thing for Otis, huh? ;) That scene made me go all "aaaaww" and giggle like a little girl.
My OTP is over. I'm completely devastated and really disappointed at Omar.
The friendship that developed between Lu and Nadia is one thing I did not see coming at all, I love it. I also love how Lu has become like the mother to the kids watching over them and making sure they don't screw up. That's how you do character development.
Shame on Omar for cheating on both his boyfriend and his sister at the same time. Neither of them deserved it.
Samuel and Guzman is still that dynamic I didn’t expect I needed so badly it hurts.
Scam queen (Cayetana) is cancelled
Samu looks like he's about to start to cry in every scene.
CAN THEY PLEASE TIE ARTURO UP? FOR CHRIST'S SAKE. God, I'm so angry at this bullshit. Since the first heist he has been trying to get into people's head, planning things, stealing items etc., but they still let him whisper and get away with everything? I'm so fucking tired of him manipulating people around him, dragging them into his mess, messing things up and repeating it over and over again. It annoys me so much that I'm so close to just skipping his scenes because it's not entertaining at all.
The scenes with Nairobi just felt like "torture porn" to me, simply for shock value.
And that whole ending just pissed me off even more tbh. They made her life/death situation a big cliffhanger in the last part, but now she still ends up dying? And they added these weird things about her suddenly wanting to marry Bogota and having the Professor's child which was such cheap and nonsensical death flags.
I'm officially not enjoying this show anymore at all and hope they won't renew for another part. This is not the show I enjoyed during the first heist. It has turned into complete soap opera trash with dumb characters and ridiculous plot armor and no logic.
Damn! Nairobi went through all that just to get a bullet in her head. Shit.
The best episode since Mike left. Laughed so much too
lmaoooo paula's a whole ass therapist and yet can't recognise that if she's that insecure of herself and harvey just bc donna exists the two of them never had a real shot in the first place
Paula and Harvey seem like they're there just to create unnecessary drama. Their relationship or how it came to be aren't that convincing to begin with to make you care about their conflicts or fights. Give me more Rachel and Mike instead.
Enough already! Give me some Harvey + Donna. We all know it will happend, we all want it to happend.. SO GET ON WITH IT!
This is a great show. Something different that you normally don't watch (at least I don't). Loved every episode. The musical score is amazing (I got the soundtrack, amazing). Great character development. Great filming locations. Great acting. Plus it's only 6 episodes long.
I would recommend watching this show (ignore all the negative reviews).
I hope Netflix picks up more shows like this.
When Annalise was 100% ready to destroy Michaela, I was 100% ready too.
Connor and Michaela having each other’s backs.. One of the best things this show has given us are the friendships that developed between the students.
this cartoon give to the gays all our rights in the world
OKAY, BEST CARTOON EVER. Kids will love it, and so much more people. This is for all ages, like, hell yeah i'm 21 and this thing changed me, taught me a lot of stuff, believe it or not.
And IT'S FUNNY!!! I LAUGH SO MUCH EVERY TIME I WATCH THIS SHOW, SERIOUSLY! It's incredible... and magical.
AND OF COURSE, thanks NOELLE FOR THE GAY RIGHTS!!! The representation on this show it's unbelievable (in a good way, of course).
Yeah, i love SPOP, there's no way i'll ever find a good show like this again.
"Hey, Adora..." Catra's voice
for you, mara dearie
that pie is made out of my fucking tears
Contains my favorite Doctor Who dialogue of all time:
Doctor: "This is Clara. She's not my friend... she's... another word--"
Clara: "I'm his carer."
Doctor: "That's right, she's my carer. She cares so I don't have to."
Complicated, extraordinary people trying to find their place. This series just gets better and better. The script has depth, rooted in a contemporary reality. The lead actors are great. The struggles are compelling. Great writing. Great acting. Great chemistry. This series is a winner. The exceptional nature of this Marvel franchise is that it is more rooted in life in America than in the supernatural reality of these character's powers. My initial rating was a 9 (superb) out of 10 but I quickly knew this was a 10 (extraordinary) series, and, as of the end of Season 1, it is on My Top 40 TV series list. If you haven't been following it, make it a priority to binge it in preparation for Season 2 in the spring of 2019. [Marvel Universe Drama]
Watched first episode. I like it so far. This is going to take few episodes to create the back story & build up. I think the reason for rating is that 4 episodes are already released to critics. This show is far better than The Runaways & Inhumans based on first episode.... Cloak & Dagger follows plotlines devoted to racism or police brutality on Luke Cage, Krypton, and Supergirl — but the new series is refreshing in the way it makes the story deeply personal....school-aged heroes similar to Runaways... Stylistically, Cloak & Dagger leans closer to Legion than to other current superhero shows....this might end up being a standout hit. Let’s see what happens by episode 6 & let’s hope Spider-Man makes an appearance (Heheheh).
Wonderful episode, might be my favorite of the season. I actually almost guessed the baby's name (thought they were gonna go with John for John McClane). I do have a small problem with the baby playing Mac obviously being at least 3 months old. I know that's how it's been done forever on television and there are probably some legal restrictions in place, but it always throws me off cause newborns are nowhere near this smooth and cute lol, they're wrinkly and red and puffy and have an egg-shaped head, I wish we could see more of that cause it makes the whole thing more realistic. Plus can you imagine trying to push that baby out into the world? His head was way more than 10 centimeters in diameter, just saying lol
