Is anyone else just confused by this? I feel I have no idea what’s going on
it hits you how self centered and self absorbed this family is. No room for any outsiders. A great job by the writers - hope it continues for many more seasons.
These therapy sessions add nothing to the plot for me. Enough with padding the runtime with useless scenes. I understand adding to the book but, at least add worthwhile scenes. I’m actually bored with this show.
Everyone is missing the most important part of the movie.. That haircut.. W-H-Y?!
Wow. That is a great episode. Zoom is visibly scary. He is a speed demon, he is more like a monster. He is absolitely terrifying, as when he caught the Bolt of lightning.
I'm digging now on the possibility that Zoom is either Henry Allen or Joe, one of Barry's father. In Earth-2 Robert Queen took the role of Arrow, so why does not Hebry or Joe take Barry's role?
I think this could be real and it would be absolitely amazing, even though a bit far-fetched.
The movie that propably had the most impact on my life.
I was little over 10 at the time I saw it first. My dad brought it home on VHS. From the first second my eyes were glued to the screen. Immediately after it was over I rewound the tape and watched it again which up to today, close to 35 later, I haven´t done with any other movie. I recorded it on audio tape so I could listen to it, even wrote down the whole thing on paper (that was well before the internet, folks). We re-ennacted the scenes, I had memorized every line. I cannot recall how many times I`ve seen it since then.
I would give it 11 if possible.
I don't know about that last scene. I don't think it is cool to shoot somebody in the back when they are running away, especially since he didn't realistically have anywhere to run to actually get away from them any way.
Best lines
I’m waiting for an old friend - Bran
You left me for dead - Hound
I also robbed you - Arya
I’ve always had blue eyes! - Tormund
Whatever they want - Dany
but
It had its moments - Sansa
They need wheelchair ramps in Winterfell. They left Bran in the courtyard overnight!
Parallelism between Season 1 Episode 1 and Season 8 Episode 1
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
S08E01 Jon: "Where's Arya?" Sansa: "Lurking somewhere."Foreshadowing (from different Seasons/Episodes.)
01.
S03E05“ “Let’s not go back. Let’s stay here a while longer,” Ygritte tells Jon. “I don’t ever want to leave this cave, Jon Snow.” S08E01 “We could stay a thousand years. No one would find us,” Daenerys says to Jon.02.
Sam is suggesting rebelling against the Targaryen because they burned his father and brother alive. Similar to when Robert's Rebellion, began when Rhaegar Targaryen, allegedly abducted Robert's betrothed, Lyanna Stark.
Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Dakota Fanning, Tim Roth & Al Pacino all in one movie directed by Quentin Tarantino? This is gonna be good......
Starts off pretty bad then all of a sudden you've been awake for 20 hours and binge watched the entire thing.
Persevere through those initial few bad episodes and you're in for a right treat.
Suddenly I realised something. Impossibility of killing your time remnant and not disappearing aside, why the fuck did Jay even kill his past self in the first place? He stated that it was planned beforehand (him saying he needed to convince himself to go with it), but what exactly did it accomplish? Literally nothing. And in that scene where Zoom' identity's been revealed he said that "Jay" dying was a complication. How can your plan succeeding be a complication? I swear the writers make up this shit as they go and don't even memorise their decisions going forward. Just wow.
I already know I'm gonna love the he'll out of this episode. It'll be hilarious. Don't expect seriousness, Mr. Mxzyptlk's here! Where's the Wavwrider when you need one? I've never wanted it so bad for a Monday to come
If Stephen King and Steven Spielberg had a baby, this is EXACTLY what it would look it.
I don't know but for me it would be good to see Norman killing somebody for once. The relationship between Norma and Norman looks a little bit more creepy than other times.
I'm kinda pissed that Eddie Morra's turned into a prick gangster-esque goon controlling the supply of NZT by threatening innocent people.
Great episode! I very much enjoyed the comic book style they went with. I hope we get to see more of that in future episodes.
I like the fact that we got to see another side of Sands, besides the whole mercenary for hire deal. I kinda half expected that he made up that story about Anastacia just to get Brian off his back, until i saw that the FBI child kidnapping case and that business with Sands were connected.
I very much hope we get to see more of these kind of episodes! In my opinion they can turn down the comedy a few notches and add a little bit more mystery and drama to the show.
Catherine was outta line man.. Now I see why Avery be telling her all the time to stay outta his business/stop meddling. Wow. Anyways glad the sister chiefs (mer, mags, and Amelia) are back at it.
Stellar episode, with a great twist. Get it Marcel! Get it. I'm rooting for Marcel all the way, Elijah and Klaus need to be put in their place.
Spoiler alert! Stupid button doesn't work form me.
I'm a bit confused. The guy gave up the name to save his own life, but then killed himself because he gave up the name?.. Something not right.
I think this season is far better than season 2 and 3.
I don't think either the Demagorg or Eleven are dead, I guess El and the thing just got to the Upside Down and then she closed the portal somehow. The slugs inside Will are probably going to be the key to find a way in, the next season. Hopper sure knows something more than us, first the encounter with the government guys outside the hospital and then the food in the middle of nowhere.
The fastest man alive can't even stop a dart-kind tranquilizer? Fuck logic. Good luck with Savitar.
Jaime has gone from my third most hated character to my third favorite
A great way to end that season ! Deanerys is for me the best queen
It's the third time I've seen this episode and I still don't think I have ever seen a more disturbing death scene in my entire life
