I really liked this episode and agree with other comments not understanding the hate against Naomi. I loved how they showed the struggle she had with figuring out how to not let the others fall into the trap. The expanse is more than just showing aliens and space fights.
“Raj, there’s no place for truth on the internet.”
Bryce Howard you absolute queen! This was amazing. Seeing Mando again, new locations, him slowly falling in love with his new ship. This hit those Star Wars neurons in my brain that the regular BOBF just can't seem to reach. Seeing the BD1 droid got me excited. For a moment I thought Cal Kestes might show up. The way the theme music was fractured after he got stripped of his Mandalorian title kinda made me sad. I can't wait to see where this goes.
Nice to see Timothy Olyphant in anything StarWars. I never realized I needed that. Then again Olyphant, should be in everything.
Awesome episode, one of the best.
I'm really positively surprised at how well this mini-series was executed and the incredible amount of people who actually came back to do it. It was nice to experience the Gilmore Girls atmosphere yet again after such a long time.
This is a faithful continuation of a show I loved to watch when it originally aired and I enjoyed this short ride just as much (yes, even though I am a man :P) despite some tiny issues.
Excellent movie. If you're one of the people saying it's boring because they show the same thing from three perspectives, you missed the whole point of the movie. Every perspective has a slightly different interpretation of what happened. The changes are very subtle, but are crucial to the overall story.
This was the first episode I actually enjoyed. This better pay off and make up for the drag that is the first half of this season.
So far, the only interesting ghost was Dani's fiancé because he looks like they took him out of the Rusty Lake video games.
Am I the only one rooting for Bev's demise so that she will just. Stop. Talking!
Might be my second favorite episode of the season, right after the explosion episode a few back. I loved the single location Naomi episode. The show really brought out her struggle after being out in space and now fighting for the survival of herself and her friends. I must get bit cocky, in that I also thought of her solution. Interrupt the broadcast, to notify others something is up. admittedly i didn't think of interrupting the message as a whole to make a new message .. rather, I thought about putting intervals between broadcasts that would translate to a SOS. .. hers is better.
Adorable, fun, slightly traditional sitcom'y in a sense, but deserved more episodes than 7 before being canned.
Great episode by John and June, i really like bunker stuff. I could watch multiple episodes of them under there.
Strand needs to jump off that building, someone needs to out him in his place. The reason he only wants to rule alone is because he know if someone co-runs the place with him the people will always chose the other person to follow instead of him when everyone gets sick of his bs
How dare June disgrace John's memory by going against his last and final wishes?! But I'm very glad that Virginia is dead.
Free guy is every gamers / nerds wet dream! The jokes, the scenes it's so familiar and the acting is amazing. Also a few bonuses but I won't spoiler them for you. Go see it, you won't be disappointed!!
I love Constantine! I love the character, I love his slang! I hope they will bring a season two sometime in the near future!
The Doctor Who reference was unexpected:
"My business card says Master of the Dark Arts, not Doctor Woddy What's-His-Face" - "Who? Who?"
Telling that almost all of the bad reviews of this are written by men. Why is every movie about strong women, doing the things and have the cringy dialogue every mission impossible movie has, suddenly a ‘feminist’ movie? Is it a great movie? No, probably not. But it’s fun and if we can all admit that it’s just as decent as a lot of action movies with a male protagonist it will save everyone a lot of time and energy.
Sometimes it's a good thing when you have your expectations very low, when I saw the trailer I think this was gonna be atrocious, but i think it was actually fun to watch and Kristen S. is really comfortable here. Plus, I really like Elizabeth Banks! The soundtrack is a win and the action scenes are also very good. Nothing remarkable, but it is entertaining.
"He's probably thinking with the head of his weiner, not the head of his brain."
TV shows fans: "man that 'Battle of Winterfel' episode was so dark, I couldn't see sh¡t for like 90% of the episode. I mean, the white WALKERS scene in the hallways was a bunch of blurs running on the screen... "
The Walking Dead se10ep9: "Hold my beer"
Was it the best movie I’ve seen in the world? No. Best movie of an awful year of lockdowns and generally poor productions? Still no.
But does it deserve a 3.5 star rating on IMDb? Hell no!
I love Octavia Spencer and Melissa McCarthy but never seen them act together and never realised they were actual life long friends! Jason Bateman was typically amusing too.
I enjoyed this movie for what it was. It was cheesy, lighthearted and generally a bit of fun.
This one felt very claustrophobic. Camera is always up people's faces or backs, weird angles, doesn't show what you actually want to see, background is blurred. There is this obnoxious blue "sci-fi filter" in all the scenes set in space and belt it hurts my eyes to watch this. Couldn't get past 25 mins of episode 1.
Edit: After a lot of getting used to the camera work and blue color gradient in subsequent episodes, I finally got used to it and watched the whole thing. This is one of the best tv shows ever.
I can't seem to stop watching...
Everybody gets a pony and a blow job, That was hilarious XDD
"Kay, you want me to shoot Morty?" "Cool, I'll see you later." "How about now? I'm free right now." God, I live for these Amos moments.
"Okay, I'm going to need that gun back." Classic.
It's cheesy, it's stupidly cliché, but I can't help but enjoy it whenever I see it
At this point, Father and Paul are the only characters I care about. Where is the story even going at this point?
"I mean don't get me wrong. I would do her if she let me."
"I'm glad with had this talk."
They kept in my favorite line, so I'm happy.
”The Mormons are gonna be pissed”
His Dark Materials keeps getting better and better. First episode of the show that actually made me cry. I forgot I was watching actors playing characters and just saw the characters this time. Good stuff. Excited for next week.
Btw if this gets cancelled I'm suing.
People (fans) will probably hate me for saying this but: that was the worst acting (from Anniston) I've seen in a loooong time.
There, I said it. Just had to.
Thank you Hugh Laurie for speaking out the truth.
