Mother f'er. I finished the Kyoto Arc a few days ago (after watching the first 28 episodes) and just now finished watching the OVA. Soooooooo glorious. Now that is how you do a backstory. I can't believe that I've put off finishing this for so long. I've already started the next arc in the manga so I will get my full Kenshin-fill and the ending that I deserve.
I've heard good things about the live-action adaptation as well so that may have to be watched when I'm getting some Oro-withdrawal.
Love this show but I hate Shiraishi. #TeamNENE for life. Beautiful ending nonetheless.
I'm a bit torn on what to rate it as the last quarter of the show was sooooooooo rushed but I loved the adaptation of the manga before then and the changes that they made up to that point. I'm amazed that they were able to cram 90 chapters into this. If I hadn't read the manga, I'd give this a very solid 7/10 (which is quite high for me). Knowing how much things were rushed at the end, I may have to knock it down slightly.
Anyway, I'm still enjoying the manga and it looks to be finally getting back into shape recently. Also, if you haven't seen the OVAs yet, I'd definitely give them a watch. It is new OVA-original material and the Second Festival arc was absolutely hilarious.
Dank ending. Zeus' son is a baller. Obvi. I look forward to a second season (along with more tit ribbons and large loli boobs) that will hopefully be announced in the near future.
While this final episode was nice, this season overall was just sooooooo boring. The charm and humor from Season 1 was missing for a majority of the episodes imo. I honestly don't care if this continues but it's only 3 mins an episode so whatever... I'll still watch some more.
Not a bad adaptation of the manga with the first season especially given Wit Studio's budget restraints. I liked the subtle changes that they made and added details throughout. The next part of the manga is certainly better imo although it takes a little while to really get into it. I very much doubt that the manga will be done by the end of the second season so I'm predicting an anime original ending if it gets to that.
Lots of Onodera in this episode which I'm usually not a big fan of but these two chapters were fun. I'm interested to see what chapter SHAFT ends this season with next week.
Lots of dank oppai in this episode especially with some winning Ryu action. DankMachi never disappoints. I liked that the fan service/bath house part was quick and to the point which allowed us to get some solid action and story in as well. Looking forward to the end of this season next week.

Spectacular. I will miss this show so much.
I love Shimizu. That reunion between her and Goro was just claaaaaaassic.
Michiru is just so glorious. Dat song may have had some subliminal messages in it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
My god. This arc is so slow. Yukino was a vast improvement this episode but that's not saying much. I still love me my Iroha, so fuck you, Hayato. It's time for 8man to get in there and show her what a real man is like.
So gewd. So lewd. Need mo' Shinoa, however, that shower scene was just... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I know that I wrote a comment on this episode a while back but it is lost in the "DATABASE".
I'll reiterate. This is the greatest first episode that I've ever seen. Hands down. 10/10 episode for a 10/10 series. And DAT ENDING. Biggest feels ride ever.
Muh gawd. Dem feels. Not gonna lie, that end part with Lili had me (ಥ﹏ಥ) although she went on a little too long with her "ranting" about Bell. However, with that shit ass life that she was living before shown from the flashbacks, I can understand why she needed to vent a little bit.
NOOOOOOOO. Don't do it to me Madhouse. DON'T YOU DARE!!
Okay. Chibiusa was pretty annoying this episode. Unfortunately, I will have to admit that. But hell, I'd be a bitch too if I was 900 years old and didn't grow at all. Lots of setup and setting the stage for the big confrontations. Black Lady incoming? Muh body is ready.
I'm absolutely loving this show so far. A great Rom-Com with a premise that does actually deliver imo. It may be slightly rushed compared to the manga but it still works well. Plus, Shiraishi = love.
Daaaaamn. Odagiri Nene making power moves and dropping massive bombs on everyone. Maybe the "real best girl" has arrived. And that yakisoba bit at the end was pure gold.

Epic. Rando fires accompanied by explosions have got nothing on Takeo. He is a true gentleman and a scholar. 'Nuff said.
Just skimmed through most of the movie but, wow, I felt that was even rushed for a recap. I did enjoy the TV series when it first aired so I'm still looking forward to seeing what KyoAni will do with the whole Kuriyama amnesia bit.
The Chitoge Mom arc is one of my absolute favorites from the entire manga. The feels are coming. This is going to get good. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Dem Shiraishi feels. They hit so hard.
I didn't want her to instantly be the best girl but this is too much for me to resist...

And here comes Paula!! New best girls entering left and right. I can't wait for my Haru-chan to appear.
Oh yes. Dem feels at the end...

While not as strong as the first episode, I enjoyed it. Not a bad intro to Ito. However, I'm a little confused as to how Yamada has the body switching power. I thought that it came from Shiraishi being one of the seven witches. The last sequence (while hilarious) didn't explain too much to me. I guess that it'll be made clearer in the upcoming episodes...
I absolutely loved the first episode. The comedy was spot-on and Yamada is coming off as a legendary MC already. Shiraishi also has got that allure about her and definitely isn't the typical "super smart and perfect" student. Along with some great chemistry between the characters so far (including Miyamura) and I can see why the manga is pretty popular. I can't wait for next weeks shit show :)
Glorious Haru centered OP. I love it!! She's one of my favorite girls until, of course, "sensei/teacher" is introduced in the manga.

Thank god that they didn't skip ahead like the last OVA did (although the story wouldn't make any sense if it did). It was a solid episode but I was waiting for the Haru intro which will hopefully come next episode.
Good GAWD. Dat PLOT!!
Anyway, I liked the third and final OVA. They definitely skipped further along in the manga and passed over the introduction of a few characters (Paula, Haru, Haru's friend, etc). I hope that they go back in the 2nd season and make sure they get proper intros because it's pretty important to the "story". Anyway, it's almost time.
Amazing. The 8-man is back in full force. Good God do I love the sense of humor and witty dialogue in this show. I watched this with FFF's subs and they seemed pretty spot on for me. I initially started watching with Commie but once they translated "Yahallo" into "Yo", I immediately stopped. The OP/ED were great and definitely a bit different from the first season's. FFF's karaoke work was a bit better than Commie imo as well (mostly cause it had Romaji).
Of course, back when I originally finished the first season, I had read the summaries for this volume that the first arc is based on. Thus, I know what is going on and how epic the ending is :(
I still hate you with a passion Hitomi. Nothing you do will change that.
I hate Hitomi so much. What a worthless female MC.
