More gratuitous violence and less catholic girl home might have helped in making the movie more entertaining. OK to watch but nothing extraordinary. Maybe it would have worked better if I'd have seen the first one (https://trakt.tv/movies/the-woman-2011).
Goddamn, Al Gore was right...ManBearPig is alive and scary as shit
The Meg.
Alternative title: Everything wrong with contemporary Hollywood in 2 hours.
Alternative title II: This one’s for you, China.
Just shut up, Meg.

Serious question ahead.
But first, the differences between Rachel the female operative and Jason Bourne / 007?
- Rachel betrays her oath because she falls in love
- Crashes her car when distracted
- Gets raped
- Gets an abortion which blows her cover and costs her handler his job
Now the question: is this film God awful sexist or am I reaching?
Please feel free to leave your answer in the comments!
A big pile of nothing. Waste of time.
Elena is perfect what gorgeous body
How many dogshit baad movies can Willis make in a year? Every month another steaming pile appears!
the beginning is a little slow but get better till the end . I. give a 10 could be a 9 .
but I liked this movie very credible ( very. real LAPD night life ) a hard job. Thank you LAPD to serve us
if you want a bit action American movie watch line of duty :) release today :)
This is brilliant. One of the finest Australian dramas I've seen in years. Really beautifully made, and about a truly important part of our history.
This movie was awful! It started off great, thought they had a good plot, then they go into the "shimmer." It became very hard to follow, the story was going back and forth and sideways. I found myself wishing the end would just come lol. There are way better "end of the world" movies out there. How does this director go from 28 days and 28 weeks later, and Dredd to this crap. Will never watch anything with this director again, I should have known, wasn't that impressed with ex machina either. And Natalie Portman?????? Hasn't she been downgraded to a "B" movie actress yet? I can see that her acting as not improved at all since her days in "Star Wars."
Unforgivable. Horribly dull presentation of what could have been a fine Sci Fi idea. Fought off sleep and now wondering if I should have just taken a nap. 2/10
That Warren style well-worn story, those kids actors very well stories of others meaningless for what they do. It is clear that you do not have to play with the Ouija but you know what you do and even if you know it too
A rerun of 35 other movies. A lot of stuff didn't pay off...why did we see her take off her shoes if they were to magically appear on and off her feet whenever the script called for it? Mercifully not too long. 3/10
I like movies that only show their real meaning at the end.. and this one was brilliant!
damn, what a nice surprise. i sure hope the sequel doesn't take long....
Waste of time movie.. the storyline was very poor.. there’s no back story about the money.. it was just a waste of time
A fun, winning time, pure and simple. The cast is game and giving 100%, there’s some quality gags, a nice camaraderie, and a charming script. The story’s not as clever as it wants to be, but it doesn’t need to be, and seeing it in a theater with a bought in audience really completed the experience. Hope Tim Story gets to do more like this instead of FFs and Tom and Jerrys.
Hope it involves as much Patrick Wilson as possible with as little clothing as you can imagine!
Overall they do a good job with the characters and the place they are at feels natural for a family dealing with the fallout of the first two movies. Patrick Wilson is also surprisingly restrained with his direction, there are still some jump scares but a lot of it leans into the spooky, unsettling vibes. We are dealing with inherited trauma and mental illness but also FUCKING GHOSTS, unfortunately it kind of goes off the rails and stumbles through the ending.
I was sucked in by the poster, to be honest. I thought there would be more action. Having said that, I enjoy movies with good stories which this had.
[PÖFF'21] A thriller that speaks of the fears of our society, represented in classism. This rescue is reminiscent of "Knife in the water" (1962), in the development of relationships between characters in a small space from which there is no escape. Alfredo Castro is once again the face that reflects fear, but also hatred. And there is an excellent handling of tension in one of the most disturbing movies of this year.
We found the worst movie of 2022
I was really surprised by this movie. Nothing was entirely original. It was like ZombieLand meets Fall-Out. However the movie was ambitious, fun, sweet and exciting at times.
It was nice to see a dog used properly in a movie as well. I mean in most movies with monsters, the dog is predictably a goner. So that definitely was a nice change that he was utilized.
It’s strange to get a monster movie that I actually want to give a big hug.
Comparable to S7VEN and SAW but with more action elements.
This movie was not bad - it had a decent mystery running through it and keeps your attention - all the way up to the end where it kind of comes to a screeching halt and doesn't have a proper ending. But still watchable for most horror/thriller lovers.
The concept is fine, and the film is sometimes nicely shot. But thanks to wooden acting, direction that fails to raise the pulse, and a boringly slow pace, this is a film that inflicts tedious cruelty onto the viewer.
At first, it has a few stuff in common with "Corpus Christi" (Jan Komasa, 2019), the Polish Oscar-nominated film, but it continues as a forgettable thriller whose reflections on guilt and fate are superficial.
An enjoyable messy Guy Ritchie movie. It feels like Snatch but not as good. Hugh Grant is fun and Colin Farrell is great but not on screen enough.
