A crazy representation of the work force and a soulless job. Also I love the Harry Potter reference. And we actually see the all powerful Mr. Chanax.
"Redheads are the descendents of an alien race!" - Mr. Small
The most lore intensive episode in the whole show and the start of the main plotline. Also Mr Small kills it in this episode and makes an adult joke that he gets high LOL
Crazy frog is here and
One of the first episodes I ever watched as a kid :)
Final Destination reference?
The lighting and effects are so good in this one.
"You don't understand my pain so don't judge my life okay." - Gumball
The fact a rat king is in this is wild.
Iconic evil Darwin is in this too.
Bunch of little skits, some great, some okay. The old people one definitely the best tho. Also the Shooting Star names Gary 3 seasons before it's revealed????
I wish this episode was redone in the later seasons with more extras because I feel like a chunk of these extras have gotten a lot more screen time since this and one's with less could shine in their own episode.
"First I'm fat then you don't like my hair my mother was rightt." - Richard
Didn't know Kayvon was related to Banana Joe but that makes sense.
More lore :)
I love the lore this added on top of being hilarious. It focuses on a side character which I think all side character episodes just add so much to this show. It gives background to everyone and makes it feel so unique and alive. Like we see with Coach later in the season.
Another one of the best episodes in the show.
This entire episode is golden. Definitely one of the best in the show.
This ending is golden and Jaime's family is a very unique bunch with not much screen time.
She MOVED SCHOOLS TO BE CLOSER?? How did I not catch that before. But this is a great showcase of Sarah and the ending is just too good.
The last episode with Logan Grove and it makes for the perfect transition. Honestly genius to make an episode out of it and reflect him hitting puberty. "I sound even younger than before" lol I wonder why.
Debuts one of the best songs on the show with an insane music video along with it too.
One of the best seasons I think.
Imaginate song is goated and Gumball turns into the Queen of England tf.
This episode has some really unique effects and a unique story along with it and is awesome.
"Hours and hours of slapping those skins made me the man I am today." - Mr. Small
Darwin's solo was honestly magestical af tho
This episode blew my mind on the first watch lol
Gumball the PIMP. "That's my leg and uh, there's one more where that came from." - Darwin
"The chili dog is a crucial stage" - Richard
Why is Gumball so real in this one and tbh I forgot this song existed why is it good.
I wish my imagination was as vivid as this again :/
The start of the only real underlying plot of the show so this one's a big one on top of being really funny and having scenes such as, "Oh look a shoe!" and "Run less scary"
One of my favorite episodes! And an alien reference.
Gumball straight up murder's Anton in front of 4 people. Pokémon parody.
Indiana Jones, Star Wars, The Hulk, Street Fighter, Harry Potter, and Mortal Kombat all portrayed by Gumball in 15 seconds. Wow.
Watch out Little Teddy! Darwin becomes a dictator okay.
Extremely important to the plot and is in itself a great episode.
So many good faces LOL. A good plot and very funny.
I love the throwback to S1E2 The Responsible in the first minute of the episode :)
"I sold your parents" - Gumball
Also we get another appearance of the Clown and Mr. Small hits the Pentagon.
They get high off of cereal, blackout and Darwin wakes up with kinky handcuffs and a tramp stamp WHAT. Darwin speaks Animal Crossing.
PIDGEON MAYO
But in all honesty this give a lot of different perspectives on the common purpose of our lives and Sussie does conclude this with a serious and very real answer.
Don't forget to line your toilets with spikes and sing Grindcore carols on January 10th! (or 11th if it's a leap year)
"I'll tell you when I've had enough" - Richard drunk off ketchup and mustard
A Mad Max riff and a Tuscan Raider reference from Star Wars.
This episode was really fun and shows more of Larry which is oversighted, as the episode implies.
Richard had a lot of development and talking about his dad was heartwarming.
Carrie lore so that's cool.
