I honestly didn't think this movie was THAT unknown, but I guess 1.4k plays isn't that much... also has only 8.5k on letterboxd. tbh I only found it by being so desperate to watch brokeback mountain that I would search it up on netflix and go to the little similar section they have for titles they don't have
hate the art style, but love everything else!
good first season, shitty the rest of the show. season 2 was questionable, season 3 was very... what the fuck and season 4 was just embarrassing. and I've watched every single bit of it (in 2020. literally only because I had nothing else better to do). I hate myself. I'm glad I can barely remember the show. kinda wanna rewatch season 1 though...
only thing this show is good for: finding out about wallows lol. good band

this episode reminds me of when i was like 9 and my younger neighbors tried to convince me that the guy in the house across the street was a murderer and sometimes you could hear the screams of people from a shed (i dont know what the fuck they were talking about) and it took like 3 years for me to stop being suspicious of that house bc they made it sound so believable

ok now think of happy gilmore. now add dodgeball and homophobia. thats this movie. anyways even if this movie had no homophobia or something i would still not like it much. all i could think watching this is how its a mix of here comes the boom and happy gilmore so it really soured the mood. also the jokes in this are just not funny. Frost’s betrayal by her husband actually made me sad, although how she killed 3 people made me sympathize with her less.
here we go! excited for these next seasons, high school is the best era. every time i rewatch this i get shocked at the fact that turner is in the 2nd season, i always forget he shows up earlier than the 3rd season
third time watching this, and i FINALLY got the scene with "pardon me, but you really hurt my feelings."
