Gold? Gold can't laugh, it's just like a rock. :)
This movie is hilarious. Leslie Mann is amazing!
Yes, yes, everything funny is in the trailer already.. but the movie was still enjoyable! Liked the telenovela-parts too! :)
Unlike... Girl Most Likely for example, where you just shouldn't watch the trailer.
That woman is so totally psycho. But also a genius!
Probably never seen that many proposals, marriages and pregnancies in one film, but I loved it!
I just wonder what the heck was on that tape.
I did not really like it. Or really did not like it, haha.
After 10 minutes of watching are hearing the word fuck/ing about 50 times, I wanted to just quit watching, but I held on until the end.
Some lines were really funny though, but the movie in general.. nah, not for me.
// EDIT (four years later): Full disclosure, I only finished this because it was an assignment for my Film Studies class. So I couldn't bear to drop it. I cared for that class. I lived and breathed for that class. But well, I would've dropped if given another option.
Some heavy shizzle, but message received loud and clear. Drugs are bad, and don't even think about trying it out.
Wonder what happened to Claire. My hopeful wishful thinking part of me says she lived (:
A must-watch for anyone. The story is still applicable with all the racial profiling nowadays. Especially, but not only, in the USA. The movie is beautifully done and gives hope.
Saw it at the Sneak Preview Night, and it was hilarious! Totally recommend it to both female and male alike. Whether you've seen the original show or not. I hadn't, but people seated next to me had, and they enjoyed it just as much.
Oh gosh, words cannot describe how much I lava this!
I didn't cry at all during most part of the movie, just the last 10-15 minutes are... ;_; most tearjerking.
Whoah. Psycho bitches all the way.
Lessons learned though:
1) Don't let strangers in at night - no matter how gorgeous/handsome they are.
2) Always log off from Facebook.
It feels like it's been a hot minute since Hollywood released a romcom. I just saw it yesterday in the theater with my sister and we loved it. Lots of fun and laughing out loud!
I liked the "conversation" between Gilcrest and Woody at the end!
What a beautiful short anime movie! Definitely worth to watch.
Just saw it today at Imagine Film Festival. Really amazing. Fairytale with beautiful songs meets the 300 movies ;d!
// EDIT (2.5 years later): I was super bummed out when Imagine didn't show the sequel this or last year.
Saw this anime feature at Imagine Film Festival in Amsterdam. Really liked it, went together with some non-anime lovers, and they all enjoyed it for the most part. So I can really recommend it, wether you're into anime or not.
// EDIT (2.5 years later): Their biggest complaint was that the ending was like... unrealistic by the way. OK, the whole movie is far from realistic (talking animals anyone?), but you know, like one moment shit really hits the fan, and the next second everything is great again and the protagonist wins the battle. Like that.
I don't know why everyone thinks it is so incredibly terrible.
Okay, it's not super awesome, but it is not awful either.
It's a nice adventure familyfilm.
I thought, WOW there's no way Reese Witherspoon can play a 40-year-old (at least, she doesn't look it, haha!), but she was amazing. And George was so sweet <3
I haven't seen any other movie in this franchise, but I liked this very much, so I'm definitely gonna check it out.
I totally liked the ending scene, haha.
I saw the trailer a bunch of times when going to the theater, and never thought I'd even like it, which is why I took me quite some time to finally go and see and. Boy, what was I wrong. The movie was great, and I had many laughs!
Gosh, Murphy's Law! Everything that can go wrong, will go wrong!
What an amazing, adorable movie. I loved the switching between Juli and Bryce as narrator, and seeing it all from their point of view.
Such a shame it didn't get a theatrical release in the Netherlands, or in much countries at all....
I agree with @DRNKMNKY's comment. It seemed like one big soft glow/blur effect. The fighting scenes also seemed a bit unbelievable, like even with the enhanced skills o.o Killing a hundred people with one blow?!?
Great movie, I was shocked at the reveal that Keaton supposedly was Keyser Soze, because I thought it was either the cripple (Verbal), or the lawyer (the woman, Edie Finneran)!
Awww I feel for Charley Butts :|
This is so great. Almost as good as Gone Girl!
