Totally loved this episode! :rofl::joy::rofl:
The snake Hitler time traveler pileup was pretty great
Who did Cop-Dom see on the ID? Or standing in front of her? Or both? Or either? What?
Glad it's over and went out on a high, as it was running out of ideas (the ending proved that by essentially doubling down on the big disappointing first season Fight Club rip-off twist).
Overall it has been somewhat redeemed by the final two seasons, after two very shaky opening seasons (the second suffered from the same fate as Westworld's second season, which was that once the central puzzle box mystery was solved and found to be underwhelming, there was nowhere really to go).
A show which had some nice visuals and music, unprecedented attention to minor nerdy computer details, and some trailblazing and amazing episodes, but still falls well short of the very top levels of this TV age.
I don't understand a shit
I really wanted to like the finale but I'm not feeling it tbh... Feels like this is a conclusion to a completely different show than the one we've been watching the last couple of years. Despite this finale, I still think the show as a whole is one of the best I've ever watched.
the mess this show has become
I just want to say: BD Wong is a great actress.
Wow. Just...wow. I have to imagine that Michael Cristofer read this script and then went out and bought the writers a nice bottle or ten of single malt. What an EPIC exit for a fantastic character. Every single moment of Phillip's verbal exchange with Whiterose in this one was terrific, and Wong was no slouch here, either. Phillip was stalling for time and used that time to taunt and mock Whiterose, who was just a step behind in figuring it all out for the entire hour. Just phenomenal.
Holy shit that was like a series finale. How the hell is this show gonna end
Finally a good episode after couple of nonsense & boring episodes.
Whiterose losing her shit has got to be one of the highlights of this series!
If not, I'm pretty sure it was at least for Phillip Price.
best episode of this season. BANGER :fire:
Give. Me. More. Dom.
Not to downplay all the emotional stuff we had to deal with after the previous episode but like, that few minutes of Dom slaying the dark army guys and Janice while being within an inch from death was impressive. Maybe not 100% realistic yet totally satisfying.
I really hope this side track is done with & we can go back to the main storyline. This touchy Feely crap has been a waste of time.
This was very underwhelming and very incoherent with the show's narrative. Utterly, god ex machina, the easiest way out.
Boy am I glad that psycho Janice is finally dead. Hope Dom survives.
That episode was a SLAM DUNK!!! :)
insane!!! the plot twists!! the acting!! the lawsuits!! fucking love it!! burning man ending with that Indian guy in the sun sure gonna have a trip!! LMAO. ending laughter track couldn't be more sarcastic on their situation. great show HBO!! the entire crew deserves a lot more attention and praise
"Your uncle Basil died!" lol
What an amazing episode for an amazing show. The writing is so good they even make a single appearance by Charles Manson be incredible. I almost believed him, just like Manson actually was in real life.
I find it more and more harder to watch, mostly the second half of this season. Especially the finale, because we get an answer, but we know that the real truth remain in the dark. I don't think neither, that this season was better than the first one, but i praise how they handle the seasons' main plot without any subjective opinion. I am looking forward to a possible next season, with more extraordinary and devastating interviews. Because i really missed them in this season.
