Who knew this show would have the most realistic depiction of Hell: being kneed in your genitals over and over while being told you'll be alone forever. But for real: I love the twists in this. They are so good, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
If you missed the after credits go back and watch them !
Awesome, just watched it now with my kid...we totally enjoyed it
These episodes just seem pointless and stupid
Most fake-ass looking damn running in all of modern history.
Didn't enjoy this one. The best bit though was Dan meeting God
I HATE musicals, except for Chicago and Hamilton. I HATE THEM.
Hated it in Supernatural
Hated it in Psych
Hated it in any other tv show.
It brings nothing to the table.
the fuck did I just watch????
I hate episodes with a musical theme. Shoving in the story in the songs is annoying, and I skip these songs. Luckily the main story plot was not part of these songs.
Episode wise, meh. I am giving this a 6/10 only for the Lucifer brand. Doesn't have the charm though, and God's "acting" seems really fake, not gone lie.
I have almost no idea what happened, but I liked it. Might be my favourite James Bond film.
delivers exactly what you would expect from a movie called Godzilla vs Kong, 2 giant monsters kicking the crap out of each other. even when monsters were not on the screen, there was plenty to keep you engaged
the runtime, which was just under 2 hours, flew by and i was never bored. yes, the parts that featured human characters were less interesting, but who watches a giant monster movie for human characters anyway?
having said that, the human characters following Kong's arc were infinitely more compelling than those following Godzilla's, and Kong's story overall had an emotional arc that made you care about him
The ending of this episode creates very strong feelings in me. I'm not sure if I'm angry, confused, irritated, offended, pranked or excited.
That kind of cliffhanger should not happen with a series where it's unknown, when (and if at all) it continues.
Additionally, it's too obvious that Mr. World is Loki (too many hints) and that he needs to sacrifice Tech Boy, while it was also too obvious that Shadow is just some kind of resurrection pill for Wednesday. Besides that, still no clue what Bilquis' mission is, where Gungnir has been or why Laura still seems to be somehow important even though it wasn't even planned that she survives Sweeney's murder.
Oh, and I still wish for a return of Mad Sweeney. Sad to say, but IMHO the show lacks his best character since he got pulverized.
Why does it feel like every time I come back and re-invest in this series, I end up feeling bamboozled by the end? I find myself having to echo the same complaints I had last season, the show prioritizes looks over substance, add to it the ridiculously slow pacing and frankly irrelevant elements that eat away at the available runtime and my frustration begins to add up. I mean honestly, how much content did they adapt this season? Ten pages worth? Whatever...
I feel I have to ask myself if investing further is a wise decision or not and I hate to do that because I'm a massive fan of Gaiman and especially of this title. I will stick around for next season, if there is one, and depending on how that goes, I might have to drop this puppy.
I so love a happy ending. That was a happy ending, right?
probably my favourite episode so far! Kathryn Hahn was amazing and it was so cool getting a look into wanda's past. Now I'm in lockdown watching wanda vision on fridays has become the highlight of my week. Another after credit scene as well, it's just all so cool, can't wait for next week!
Veronica back on her bullshit. Alice and Polly back on their bullshit. Jughead on some entirely new bullshit. Hard to feel bad for any of these characters when they choose to do shitty things or put themselves in very obviously shitty situations and then have to deal with the natural repercussions. At least Betty and Archie finally happened. A romance scene between characters with some damn CHEMISTRY. Thank god
oh finally Archie and Betty did it
Yup. There's a reason why super-hero costumes undergo dramatic design changes for the big screen. But hey... what comic book fan DIDN'T chuckle heartily at seeing Wanda and Vis in their old-school attire? Aside from that, its nice to see the series continuing to evolve the more dramatic elements of the show. The sitcom stuff is cute and all, but now we're six episodes in. It's time to step up the game a little. And did anyone notice how they lingered on the "Ellis" street sign When Vision was at the edge of town? Is this supposed to be some sort of reference to President Ellis from Iron Man 3? If so, I'm not seeing what the connection is supposed to be. Maybe its just a coincidence.
anti climactic ending to a pretty exciting storyline. So Betty and Jughead spend all this time trying to figure out who was behind the tapes and killings. Turns out it's what most of us already expected. Charles basically reacted like 'yeah, so I killed a bunch of people but who cares right, I did it for love' and Jughead reacted to his sister being the auteur as mildly impressed by the props and decor building of her and her friends. What??! Only in Riverdale... Sad to see the storyline end though, it was one of the better ones and I'm also sad to see Bret go.
For the love if shit, people. Without the first 3 episodes we wouldn't have this episode. Without the first 3 episodes this one wouldn't be as impactful. It's storytelling and all part of a larger whole. Stop saying, "finally we're getting somewhere," or "this is what the show should have been from the start." Its a journey. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. Holy shit.
Feels like every episode there’s a High School dance lol. Predictably Hiram will be Archie’s enemy again.
Ah the madness that is Riverdale returns in full glory. It did not disappoint in regards of the over the top crazy. My favorite being that Betty and Jug just went and asked Cheryl, Kevin and Reggie to help create a fake snuff film and they were basically like 'yeah okay, cool, I got nothing else to do anyway so...'
I was most thrilled to see Brett again. I just love seeing the Stonewall preppies, that storyline was really cool last season so.
What I really found idiotic was that apparently at senior prom all parents attend as well plus the kid that only came to town for a boxing match with Archie. I half expected Charles to be there as well since you know, the entire town was there. But that's Riverdale of course. Good to see the show back though, it's a welcome break from our own crazy reality nowadays.
For all the flaws this show had after Ragnars death I think this is a decent and saitsfactory ending. And at least they didnt ruin the legacy of (and my enjoyment in rewatching) the first seasons like a certain other show. The first three seasons will always remain one of favorites of any show ever.
Elizabeth Olsen in that assistant magician wardrobe was really a sight for the eyes.
To be honest that may have been one of the most exciting episodes I’ve ever seen. Now to spend another year waiting for season 3...
I f*king cried, Luke at the end & R2 ?! best episode ever. This even tops the sequel triolgy for me. You know, this even makes 2020 a good year. 10/10
bro, where are they going to take this in season 3. im so intrigued, i have no idea!
I am 50 years now, watched SW ANH the first time in the early 1980s.
This show did (so far) what I hoped the sequels would do.
Thank you Jon Favreau
Thank you Dave Filoni
Wait! Kaley Cuoco? Meh. Sounded interesting but I can't stand her.
