THEY BONED.
Maybe next time we will see it. Or, you know, just a kiss.
BUT THEY BONED.
Kevin was right about the Monty Hall Problem.
First, when you choose one of the three doors, you have only 33, (3)% chance of choosing the right one. So, probably, you chose the wrong door. Then, when the host opens one of the two doors that you didn't choose, to reveal it's the wrong door, the other one now have 66,(6)% chance to be the right door, while the door that you chose still remains with the 33,(3)% chance to be right. Therefore, you need to switch doors.
Oh man, what a mess. A good mess though. We're finally getting a sense of what happened to Jughead and now I'm thinking that he and Betty came up with a ridiculous plan, throwing everyone of their game.
I'm interested in Donna now. I wonder if we'll get some backstory of her but also Bret. I wouldn't mind exploring those characters because they are the best addition to the cast since... well since always.
The tickle storyline is the most ridiculous thing in Riverdale. I mean, it tops all previous storylines and is so unnecessary. They're ruining Kevin. What I do like is that Toni dealt with Nick.
It continues to baffle me that most of the investigative police work in town is done by Betty. A teenager with the help of her mother in this case. How are they not taking this to the actual police? O right, FP is busy dealing with a mercenary out to kill Archie and his uncle because Archie can't ever catch a break from people going after his family.
Brett can stay. I mean, I hate him but I love to hate him. He is the best addition to the story and the Stonewall Prep storyline remains interesting with a hint of mystery. I would love to see more of Brett and hope for a redemption arc in the future.
Also, where the F is Charles? They casually dropped the bomb on us that he is working with Chic to do Lord knows what but we don't ever see him do anything.

Pretty good episode. I'm glad they put more focus on Brett, because Stonewall Prep is a good story arc. I see the cracks forming in the relationship between Betty and Jug which will set thing up nicely for what's coming.
What still amazes me is how teenagers like Cheryl and Veronica have time to run business, a shadow business, a social life, boy/girlfriends and get good grades in school. How? Also Hiram keeps picking fight with teenagers... why though? Why?
When you think Riverdale can't get more over the top...boom, here comes the tickling porn!
At this point I'm just waiting for aliens with anal probes.
Veronica still tries the same tactics when going up against her dad, every season. “Daddy, you may have kept me from doing this. But here are my plans to counter that.” Hiram: thank you for telling me everything because I will screw up those plans.
It’s still funny that her idea of being independent. Consists of her getting something handed down to her. The Speak Easy she is so proud of her is because she kidnapped someone for money. She calls that earning it.
Oh and the Cheerleader scenes are always so corny and unrealistic.
Betty's magic serial killer genes somehow allow her to identify serial killers from photos only - as if this is at all a probable exercise for the FBI. More and more this show is impossible to enjoy even in its absurdity.
Also I have no idea what's going on with Hermione's storyline and I really don't care anymore. Archie is back to his vigilantism and is still so boring.
All of these storylines kind of suck right now. There's nothing tying them together, there's no overarching plot except the anticipation that Jughead is supposedly going to die.
Why the hell is Toni still with Cheryl lmfao. I would have gotten out there the second I saw her dead brother, like what the fuck.
Why is Cheryl so well liked again?
This is getting too ridiculous but I can't stop watching, I'm too invested.
Betty having to dismantle a bomb. Betty going on a solo mission to rescue her mom from a cult. Betty working with the FBI.
Cheryl patching up her brother, reading the paper to him, keeping him as a creepy doll. Toni finding them together and instead of screaming her lungs out she simply says 'what the hell?' as if she caught her girlfriend cheating instead of talking to her dead brother.
Moose changing his name to Marmaduke, like wtf? Is it a must to have a ridiculous name in Riverdale?
And to top it all off, Edgar has built himself a rocket.... a rocket!? Sure, why not.
Charles, FBI, working with his teenage half sister to bring down a cult. Ridiculous.
Cheryl has her stuffed dead brother hidden in a weird dungeon part of the house but leaves him sitting there under a mere blanket while she throws a party upstairs. Ridiculous.
Archie and Veronica both know Reggie gets beaten by his dad and don't inform any adults or police about it. Ridiculous.
This show is so silly but somehow I can't quit. I'm too invested now.
The show is usually silly with annoying vain characters. But this one is just painful to watch. Because it’s a moving and sad tribute about Archie losing his father.
Which in a way is also a moving and sad tribute to the late Luke Perry who played the father.
I rarely can take Riverdale serious with how over the top ridiculous it tend to be, but I have nothing bad to say about this episode. They honored Luke Perry and his character well. It was sad, especially the ending clip with Archie got to me. Can’t have been easy for the cast to do it either, so props to them.
As someone who grew up watching Beverly Hills reruns religiously, I love that Shannen Doherty made an appearance in this episode too. I had hoped for more knowing she was going to be in it, like her character would have some kind of connection to Fred, but I still liked it and it was nice to see her in this.
R.I.P., Luke Perry.
