It's nice that they take the time to highlight some older animation techniques but I highly doubt that all the staff people are actually that eccentric... who would even want to hire them anyways.

I enjoyed Penguindrum and still want want to watch Utena but this so far has been borderline trash. There is some visual flair here but I hate the cutesy bear designs (and fuck the "BEAR SHOCK" and obnoxious overuse of "GAO GAO"). As for an actual story? 404! Not much going on besides symbolism for eating pussy and sexual freedom. I can't see this going anywhere great but the 2deep4u is already going strong. This episode also relied heavy on recycled scenes from the first one which is too bad.

That was surprisingly competent. Solid mix of drama and comedy accommodated by good animation. Looks like I finally have a reason to watch the Miike live-action movies.
I'm just going to watch this for the Producer - he is the new moe (and to see why I'm not getting more Berserk chapters)!
Terrible episode. This was Slapstick-Drama-Slapstick-Drama-Slapstick-Drama. I find it great that we're getting to the conclusion that his mom did nothing wrong. Why am I even still watching this show -.-.
Running an advert for animate will get you three cours! I found the first season of the show to be rather overrated so I wasn't looking forward to this but it wasn't that bad (I'm sure once the gang is back to talking I'll regret it).
