VIP7I like Gerard and knew this wasn't going to be great, but was in the mood for a silly little adult thriller. It does the job, and isn't overly long. 5.5 for me but marginally closer to a 5 than a 6. I'd consider a 6/10 a good movie. Many consider 6 a poor score. I do not. This was just shy of that level for what I was looking for.

VIP3Cage has starred in some dire movies in recent years, which is a shame, as he is a very capable actor. I expected this to be one of his better films, partly because of the acting talent he is surrounded with. Sadly, everybody is wasted, as this is a messy, unfocussed essay on drugs that has nothing new or interesting to say. Sorry to say it, but this really is garbage!

This is good movie. The problem is that it would be better as a season of a TV show so they could drag it out more. The movie has to make it happen all so fast. The sons each get attracted to their moms' best friend, they start having relationships, then the consequences come.
If it were a tv show, they could have made the enjoyable part of the relationships last longer. They could have waited to get to the consequences until a later season. Maybe with all the streaming sites someone will do a reboot.
Yes, it's controversial topic, but other shows about sex on cable channels have been too.

The facets of feelings, the revelation, the lightness of being, getting to know the daughters-in-law-to-be, the families with children, the constant temptations and finally the revealing of the truth - the showdown - all was squeezed into 100 min. °!°

A sloooow burn, drags in the build up, but A good clear ending for the series. All summed up very nicely. Not giving anything away, I really enjoyed the last 2 episodes. I like to see endings that tie everything together and this final episode certainly did. :thumbsup_tone1:

This the worst show I ever seen so far, M. Night Shyamalan style, 6 Boring episodes, nothing gore, looks like soap opera, we got a Gary stu serial killer, and the dumb police officers from the Simpsons, It Is a mess, all the ideas go nowhere, like shyamalan solve the mistery few moments of the ending, IF you got questions a witch did It. A real police Will solve the episode 1, because the killer was always there to plain sight. Just do a regular paper work and thats It. Solved.

There's a scene where the child looks through a nightvision. The mom enters the room and turns on the light, but still the room is totally dark.

If you want to waste your time and money, watch this movie.
This is the simplest comment and reaction that I can describe this movie in brief.
- Things are very fast.
- The story was not written professionally.
- I could not merge with the film and live in the moment.
I really regret that I chose to watch this movie and waste a day of the weekend on something that is not worth it.

I cannot forgive a movie that wastes Danny Trejo and Mahershala Ali back to back, and for what? For Adrien Brody, who is a vacuous black hole of charisma as an action hero and thinks a subpar impression of Cole McGrath is good enough? For the comic relief rapist character? Who made sure to bring back the f slur, do not worry. For a movie that overcomplicates a simple conceit and loses everything interesting about it? And The Predator is said to be worse? I pray Prey’ll be worth it. Only gets one star off the back of Changchien and the sword scene

Yes, people should watch movies like this. But not everyone. This shall be an educational movie for those who often forgot to think twice while doing things. People are missing information literacy and computer literacy and it is the same like driving a car without driving license and without knowledge of traffic laws, signs, etc. For the minority (there are 10 kinds of people, those who understand binary and those who don't) this movie is too long, boring, sometimes irritating with some details, even though it has a great cast.
So if you are aware of clickjacking, phishing and power of information save your time and better watch Searching (2018).

Searching is 100% medial & online orientated and discover the case of ONE missing person... this one showed different characters in different Life-Situations and the crossing of their Life-time... so better watch both ;o)

I really enjoyed this movie. Christian Bale was phenomenal. The script had few words for him, but he spoke volumes without saying a word. It truly shows the effects of war on a man's soul and the carnage that affects innocent victims on both sides.

@claudiaihdz ... as well as a phenomenal Rosemund Pike, who at first incredibly reflects this shocking aura and consequently this completely paralyzed behavior, which is gradually stabilized by the empathetic gentleness of Christian Bale.
If you enjoy cheesy movies, this is one with lots of mold on top of it. It's downright awful with a vision that it just couldn't achieve at all. They also ran out of budget near the end and it really shows.

It seemed like a movie for 12-14 y/o kids, if there wouldnt be so many bodies.
Everything was just retardly stupid about this movie. The plot, the milestones, basically everything that happened.....
A plane crashes, everyone aboard is dead after the crash, but the fuselage is still 100% intact, and people are still sitting on their desk-chairs inside of the plane........? Right.
Stupidity all around in this movie. I'd expect this movie was written on a Thursday night in the pub, while everyone was getting drunk, the initial idea was not bad, the start of the movie could have even become a decent action movie, but then everyone got drunk and the whole plot and storyline went downhill from there.loading replies
@right ... i'm agree... the shooting down of Air Force One was extraordinarily unrealistic, as were the interceptors. Such a modern defense system would have torn the flying objects into 1000 pieces. Just as the on-board gun of a modern helicopter could not shoot through an old rusty freezer, which after a deep downhill crash also proved to be watertight and suitable for swimming. absolutely ridiculous and the damaged aircraft would have had to run completely full of water in the sea and could not still have a room full of oxygen!
