I would have watched more often if I knew the season was ending already. Limitless is definitely getting better with much more intrigue. Sure the goofiness still exists but it's a fun show.
" The Last Ship" even know its a tv show with 3 seasons so far, I must say Thank you to all who made this show possible, even the actors for such Great work, this show gave me Allot more respect as well I value even more what people do to protect each city, town, state province's, land and waters in general. my hat off to all of you that supports our men and women who fight each day for our people around the world, even every race, and culture.
I want to thank you!
THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST TV dramas of the last 5 YEARS IN MY BOOKS !
I never thought about wanting to fight or be part of a team like this show sets the stage, but I can truly see myself wanting to support such a unit ! as team players and supporters. WELL DONE!!!
Awesome episode! Finally some loose ends tied up.
Loved seeing the army members lay down their arms, for the right cause. Also wish Tex didn't have to die :'(
What an awesome finale. This show just keeps getting better and fucking better. I'm glad that bitch Shaw got what she deserved. Why you Tex? Why you.... RIP.
This season was INTENSE!!!
So much drama!!
So much stress!!
So many good-byes...
I'm gonna miss those who are no longer part of the show.
See you in Season 4.
Yes, New season is confirmed in Happy Birthday Sense8 video by Netflix https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=39&v=Yt0ws-nDvmg
This final episode was incredible, full of action and... Sadness. Will is so brave, he even sacrificed for the sensates, that's heroic but he can't live sedated forever so season 2 will be interesting. I like the way they showed so many things about the group we didn't knew. Like... Wolfie's story (he's such a badass too) and why he can't be with Kala :(
I liked this series so much because you can connect to every sensate in so many ways. It's amazing, even when they have different lives, you can also understand them, you can feel with them, I like the way you actually care about their feelings and they almost become yours too. Not many shows can do that, and they managed to do it in just 12 episodes. I'm sure I'm not the only one begging for more SENSE8.
I can't believe that's the ending of the season. So much to explain. I see the only viable resolution being they have to get to Whispers and take him out. Is that Season 2? I think my favourite character remains Wolfgang
Totally brilliant and better the other overrated shoews
Births, deaths, fireworks, guns and a bazooka. In what other show might you find these things together?... I think Wolfgang stole the show.
I've seen so many tv series and I want to say only one thing. The last long scene of this episode has been the best longest artistic and emotional moment of all the shows I watched.
Thank you for this.
Lito and Wolfgang are super effective! :)
The ending to this episode was magnificent.. love the fireworks and orchestra.
That scene between Nomi and Lito made me cry. But I love how the connections within the cluster bring just the right one to whoever needs their particular insight or support right then. It's an excellent metaphor for humanity at large. We should all have clusters. Damn, this show is intense.
Take the SHOT!!! WTF!! Why not kill that treachuerose bitch
Really great moments between all of the Sense8 - and yes, that action sequence was very well done (though the smart car flip took me out of it for a minute).
Neets and her tampon, that's what got me! I'm crying! Ahahaha
This is the kind of episode where you are glad you stuck watching a show. Nothing is clear but heck that was explosive!
OMG! I love Lito.
He makes me laugh so much!
Kala come on, you don't love that guy.
Don't marry him. Stop it!
I definitely thought that Nyx somehow knew her brother killed himself, based on how she was crying, curled up in her quarters, at the end of the last episode. Guess the writers didn't realize what they implied. Or maybe, she's in denial.
Some very nice character development for Devon here. What we learn of his past turns out to be a bit on the cliché side, but that makes it no less valid as a motivator for his drug addiction. I look forward to finding out more about him, assuming that, because we don't see him die from the stab wound at the end of this episode, he'll be around for at least a while longer.
Those special transfer pod outfits are a neat dodge of a number of issues, on multiple fronts. They avoid: having to find a way for the characters to get clothes in the facility; depicting an underage female† in the nude; implying that said underage female is nude with grown men; and a generally awkward sequence that wouldn't add anything to the plot.
There is a small plot hole, though: Alicia Reynaud orders her techs to pick a transfer pod at random and send a charge to "fry [the occupant's] brain". But apparently it never happens, as in a subsequent scene her apparent lieutenant says they should "just send the charge and end this" but she says no. Interesting oversight on the writers' part.
Given Five's display of skill here, she'd make an absolutely fantastic pen-tester. If she was a real person on Earth in 2016, she could probably get a job at any tech or security firm she wanted. And I certainly wouldn't mind learning a thing or two about security from her. Even just running into her at a conference and chatting for a few minutes would probably lead to some important, useful lessons. Her grasp of space physics ain't too shabby, either. I've always liked Five as a character, and I really love that this show includes such a brilliant girl! Way to flip the script on the traditional male STEM whiz-kid archetype. Actually, now that I really think about it, she's a lot like a girl version of Wesley Crusher—whom I did not hate, unlike so much of the Star Trek fandom.
Speaking of Star Trek, it's neat that the description of how FTL drives work in Dark Matter nicely matches the theoretical physics of warp drives. None of that hyperspace bullshit that so many other sci-fi franchises try to throw around. It's refreshingly simple, as is the description of Blink Drive and its temporary wormhole–based operation.
And on a completely personal note, I've worked in at least two theaters that have identical (or nearly so) metal chairs as in Alicia Reynaud's detention room. Those square frames with three closely spaced vertical flat bars in the middle of the back are pretty distinctive.
† — Five is canonically a teenager, probably around 15-16 years old, from the sources I can find and recall from watching the show so far (though the actress portraying her is 21).
They're gonna use Takehaya to blow the whistle on the corruption of the Chinese government. This is just the beginning.
Such a good, but emotional episode. Losing Cruz and the other crew members was so sad, but yet, necessary to stress the emotion, heartache, and loss that takes place in rescues
I was wondering who would say the phrase for the title of this episode.
That moment was epic!
I found this episode fairly good even if it was a bit predictable at some moments. The thing I liked the most about it was the feeling of closure, as if indeed ending a chapter, which fits beautifully. Molly's speech at the end was nicely done, flash backing us through all the episodes each time she said she was Molly Woods and had been in space in a 13-month solo mission. Come on, that was nice! These things, put together, make me happy even if it DOES NOT get renewed. So far, so good. And it was more entertaining to watch than series 1. P.S.: TAALR looks like John! : O.
