Spoiler: You would think that acknowledging that Star Trek: Nemesis happened would be a bad thing. This show is near perfect though and far better than the overly in your face PC and “so brave” Star Trek: Discovery.
I am pretty disappointed and bummed about Dahji though. There wasn’t enough of her. They introduced an engaging character and yeah.... The whole twin thing feels cliche. I liked Dahji.
Way better than I was expecting. I'm pretty sure the show will find its footing right away. The story is compelling and it really follows onto events that are part of Star Trek's canon. As they say, I am all in for the journey ahead.
Much better than I had feared. From some of the rumors I had heard my expectations were low. Screw all that. It was pretty good. I'm not saying they still don't have time to cock the whole thing up but some of my optimism has returned. Let's hope this is more Mandalorian than Last Jedi or Fall of Skywalker.
Wow, this was way better than I expected it to be.
A bit sad, that the federation seems to have strayed from its main mission.
The participation of Star Trek veterans as producers shows. Buildings and technology look like they belong in the ST Universe, no 2 million gigantic technological leaps in the first 45 minutes (well one, but that one is kind of needed...)
Best of all: They concentrated on the story instead of preaching some agenda.
So thats a 9/10 from me.
The perfect example of why you should always make backups and keep them in a different location.
Now that's a series finale !!!
Amazing , I loved everything about it. The music , the storyline , everything!
This episode had more deaths than all 3 seasons combined.
I was worried how they'd tie up all the storylines I'm just a single episode. But they did it so well. Not even a single second was wasted , every second was an edge of the seat thriller.
10/10
Im going to be starting an emotional support group to cope with the show being over for all interested Tears were made!
How exactly do they plan to conclude all these plot points in one more episode?!?
I've loved this season, but this feels like it needs another 5 episodes at least!
Yeah...I was thinking, "too short, too short."
But, then remembered how "Mr. Inbetween" got it done in thirty minutes, minus commercials!
“Creating magic is not for amateurs.” I wonder if Mr. Lucas ever watched, "Mr. Inbetween?"
Finally, a stealth mission that doesn't end up going completely awry.
The aerial shot of Tantiss was absolutely breathtaking, made me pause
Funny episode! I like the continuity that Chuck is still having issues with what Sarah did, but it was great to see him actually understanding why she did it.
So, the lone agent discovers the batch's refuge, and attacks. Omega sacrifices herself and surrenders - but the plan to have Crosshair tag the agent's ship fails.
I see a major conflict between Hunter, Wrecker and Crosshair in the future. And just who is the agent? I think it's Tech, honestly, a thoroughly brainwashed Tech. With no way to follow Omega now, is she going to end up like the children on Tantiss and has to rely on Emerie developing heart and conscience?
It is a good episode, not as strong as the previous but still good. It continued the more darker approach which I think serves the plot well. But the fate of the villagers doesn't get to me as much as the children's did. And them I didn't know until that episode.
And there is one bone I have to pick with the writing for this one. The Agent hides his radar echo but literally no one sees this ship coming in to an island that has basically unlimited view in each direction. That's the kind of detail that drives me nuts. It was also a bit to convinient how he managed to get the location from the pirate's ship. I, too, think it's Tech. If it were an unknown to this point character it would do nothing in terms of Drama. Because one thing I'm fairly sure about: this show won't close with a happy end.
This episode goes to a place where Star Wars rarely went in the past. We always assumed how evil Palpatine and his Empire was/is but actually seeing it hits harder then you think.
The atmosphere in this episode is really one of hopelessness and helplessness. Yes, it reminded me of the prison in "Andor" and maybe there is your glimmer of hope. Because they got out of that one.
Wow that was good, one of the better episodes this season. Reminded me of Andor. Really captures the loneliness and the quiet, controlled horror of the empire.
Amazing episode! Great twist with the Fulcrum agents. Sarah really impressed me in this episode, I think I might finally be warming up to her.
Also, poor Casey losing his toe like that LOL
The whole gang of Buy More continues to be hilarious.
Great episode! It was amazing seeing an episode that focused on Casey. He really has layers. Also the ending scene with Chuck and Ellie was so heartbreaking and sweet
Oh, very good - Ventress... but I still don't quite understand what's the problem with just testing Omega's midichlorian count. Does no one have the equipment for that, not even Ventress? I mean I'm thinking of Qui-Gon here who had no reason to have a testing device with him on Tatooine (and the Naboo cruiser who could actually run the test...).
What I just don't understand... if force-sensitivity were required to transfer Sidious' consciousness into a cloned body... then, why would he kill off anyone who's force-sensitive, even the children? With the purge he'd be sabotaging his own immortality project. So, I think what is needed is someone who's able to act as some kind of conduit for midichlorians, and apparently Omega fits that bill.
The best part of it was finding out that Casey was a choir boy!! LMAO
Also liked the sort of loyalty that the guys at Buy More had for Chuck LOL
Yeah, screw Jill.
Casey being a choir boy was great though.
Ohh background on Jeff!! Cool!
And Chuck being a hero was amazing!
Everytime Bryce pops up he ruins everything! Just when Sarah and Chuck were getting somewhere. I think Bryce is jealous even if he’s not wrong.
that was hilarious! Roan was quite the character
Great season premiere! Chuck was so smart and amazing, specially when he impersonated Carmichael!
Loved seeing that Casey really didn't want to kill Chuck, our nerd won over the big guy's heart
I liked that Gov just did a really good job and started to question things, instead of foolhardedly trying to pursue Luther through the entire thing. That made me like his character a lot more.
But Alice... oh Alice, why did you...
Some fine and unexpected character development. The ending was unbelievable and the song choice perfect. Even just seeing the genuine remorse from Ian about killing Zoe was so perfect, but yet his character still used something so atrocious to frame a strong friend.
I don't think anyone was asking for gator wrasslin' down on the bayou in Star Wars, but here we are.
Crosshair and Omega's moments are really carrying this season for me
So after all that they just let the rebellious clones walk away? I mean, anyone who has seen Rebels knows that Wolffe will eventually change sides, but did nobody else in his squad really had a problem with letting their #1 target walk away (Isn't "Good soldiers follow orders" still a thing due to the inhibitor chip?). How are they even going to explain that to their superiors? The resolution just felt poorly made.
