Keep it classy, Mac. It's a good change of pace with the added moments with the ladies like this. Normally, the show is overloaded with epic music and action; needs a breather every now and then, you know.
The action in the end is disappointing since it was rushed. Riggs is told his friend is downstairs with the bad guy. When he's really chasing her with his truck. Riggs suddenly shows up in his car and quickly blows up the bad guys truck with a couple of gun shots.
Otherwise it was nice to have the show back after a two week break. The two leads are still worth watching the show for. I also liked the very end.
♪Cool guys don't look at explosions♪
this show is so fucking ridiculous the force of that plane would have ripped them apart gOD
I'm a big fan of time travel stories so that's kept me watching this show. I'm glad I did as this show is getting better all the time. It's good to see old school DC characters like Commander Steel and Vixen on the team, both are looking like they're gonna be interesting members.
The story was decent enough tho maybe a lil standard, evil Shogun terrorising village, forcing one of the women to marry him, hero enters, falls for girl, must fight Shogun to save girl and her village.
The surprise was the destruction of Ray's Atom suit, now what's he gonna do?
So lemme guess with his lasts words being time traveler the JSA will think the legends did it? I also notice this show is where all the other DC show villains go to retire.
"I love roasting Nazis"
Rory saying that just makes it better haha
I hate the medical scene .. too far fetched and completely unbelievable in terms of how things resolved .. How can you things end and conclude like that? I expect tension and more dramatic scenes but
A quickie while guarding a witness ? lol. Not very professional.
Good shooting, it was clear that something would happen to her
so wally's totally gonna get mixed up with alchemy to get powers. also it's really strange to see joe's daughters kissing... on a serious note, let's be honest the change of scenery didn't do shit to how boring they are together.
"You're like a second daughter, you overshare your feelings" xD
"That's her panic button, you know, because we kept getting kidnapped."
These quotes had me laughing.
You get powers! You get powers! Everyone gets powers!!
That episode was absolutely amazing. So glad to have Harry back. Tom Cavanagh is an amazing actor. I hope he stays throughout the season. That scene with Jesse and Harry in the end was absolutely beautiful <3
Also why do I get the feeling that Julian Albert is the Alchemy? xD
Overall I absolutely loved the episode. 10/10
I have to say that I enjoyed this episode. I like the chemistry that is being written for the new "Team Arrow". WildDog is the impulsive hot-head who bites off more than he can chew, Artemis is the willing student, Ragman is the misunderstood member of the team, and Curtis is the comic relief. I was surprised that the show pulled off Mr. Terrific's costume. Cody Runnels (Rhodes) was good as the bad guy for this episode. Diggle in prison is interesting. I even managed to not fast-foward or mute the television when the segments with Felicity came on.
Had a little shout out to Ninja Turtles 2 (2016) when Oliver said hockey masks are cool for vigilantes to wear.
What a fantastic episode! Barry continues to understand the error of his ways and tries to deal with them in his own way. I really love the Barry and Cisco dynamic this episode. Cisco being able to help Barry but also not be OK with what Barry did makes their relationship the most intriguing so far. The new big bad is finally not a speedster. Here is to another great season!
After two episodes I read missed the intro, which should be slightly changed.
My name is Barry Allen, and I screwed everyone's lives. To my friends from another time line I am an ordinary speedster, but secretly with the help of my time in the speedforce I learnt nothing and changed entirely the time line to save my mom and dad. I kidnapped the man who killed my mom, but in doing so, another speedster sent Kid Flash into a comma and my memories were almost gone. And I am the only one dumb enough to go back in time again. I am screwed.
I can totally see it
That kiss in the end was 3 season in the making. About time!
Anyone can just walk into GCPD like it's a flea market. One would think they already learned out of their past mistakes. That's the thing I hate about this show, police department is so bad.
The episode felt a little all over the place jumping between the Oliver scenes, Diggle scenes and the flashbacks, but it's still more enjoyable than most of last season. I think they're starting to head in the right direction again.
Massive missed opportunity! Instead of Riggs grabbing the nailgun, Murtaugh grabs it. Banger still says "got no nails, homie" to which Murtaugh replies "homie don't play dat." Writers, I'll expect my check in the mail.
Barry Allen the stupidest man alive is back. This show played so much with time traveling that's it doesn't make sense anymore and it's impossible not getting confused about it.
"Now, who's the villain Flash? Now, who's the villain?" I got goosebumps, literally.
My body is ready, slugger.
While most of the Avengers are taking a "vacation" in Wakanda, SHIELD is out there saving the world again and again. Maybe SHIELD should be in the movies and not the other way around. AHAHA jk. Tony Stark and Vision may be the only ones that knew what was happening and still they would need to ask the UN for authorization. I guess they could send the military first and only them as last resort. The thing I didn't get was about the three EMP devices in the USA (Miami, LA and DC) but Coulson, Mack, Fitz and Yo-Yo only deactivated one of them, right? So who deactivated the other two EMP? I was bit confused there...
I guess New York should've been the primary target from the Watchdogs but then they would need to explain why the Defenders weren't there.
I loved this episode. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.
First of all, I'm actually really scared of blackouts. I mean, if something like this happened to me and I had to live without electricity for the rest of my life, I think I'd prefer to die. I know that the blackouts in this episode only lasted a few hours, but seeing all those big cities without any lights made me feel super anxious.
Daisy, my love. I wish they'd just let you live in peace for 5 seconds.
No one can break my heart like Jemma Simmons crying. But hey, at least May's okay! Those hallucinations were terrifying.
The MVP award in this episode goes to Fitz saving the day using homemade compasses and trigonometry.
Is it just me, or are they setting up a Coulson/May romance? After 3 seasons of barely hinting at it, I didn't really expect them to make it happen, but everything's pointing in that direction. Which is fine, although I still have hope that Amy Acker's character, the Cellist, will return someday.
A better episode than the pilot, in my opinion. The bias and expectations from the original are now gone, so I can now enjoy and respect it for what it is. So, the second episode felt more natural and interesting. We'll see where this thing goes.
Please for the love of the universe someone give Amy Acker her own show.
For real, one of the best, if not, the best episode of the entire season !
Amazing !
Great episode. Only goofy part was Brian discussing NZT with a family in the beginning.
