this webseries was edited into the movie 'Snatchers', released in 2019
binged this with family while we were housebound due to Hurricane Ida storms. it was easy to watch, had a lot of twists and kept us interested in the whodunit/investigation throughout.
Netflix has this as a limited series, but the ending definitely felt like there was more story to tell. it was gross, it was weird, but i had a good time watching it.
the scripted show was very good and the docu-series is heartbreaking.
Hanna-Barbera fever dream? yes, please. i enjoyed season one immensely!
watch this, even if it's heartbreaking!
this was a very weak attempt at a BG spinoff
too many lows, not enough highs to enjoy this episodic anthology
Mison and Beharie had great chemistry and it was a shame that the Abbie Mills character was written off the show, because S04 was awful without her
depressing trudge from start to finish
ive watched 18 episodes, so far, and this show is still meh. it's basically background noise when i turn it on, because it never holds my attention or gets me to laugh. the last couple of FOX animated shows have felt this way and it's really disappointing.
interesting tidbit
June 4, 2021, the Writers Guild of America announced that they were putting The Asylum on their strike/unfair list after the company failed to pay residuals, pension and health contributions and interest owed to the writers of Z Nation

under-appreciated YT channel w/ an abundance of interesting ambitious short form stories by various creators
i found VivziePop's YT channel in search of interesting artistic adult animation and this exactly hits the spot. i really dig her style and everything she's put out is amazing, weird and dark/funny. i really hope A24 does something with this show! check out Helluva Boss, if you want more from this creator!
i really enjoyed this show, it's a damn shame they cancelled it after 2 seasons
BDSM is just the framework of the show - the underlying story and character development is quite deep and emotional
not sure if this show will gain a following or renewal, but Adrienne C. Moore was great as "Black Cindy" in OITNB and im willing to watch anything she's in currently.
this show is so well done, it's very disappointing it was cancelled, as i would have loved to have followed other true stories in this format and quality.
this episodic anthology series is pretty weak - lots of generic, trope filled, cliched stories that disappoint each week i watch.
obnoxiously redundant to the 2013 version season 1 of Broadchurch, even down to the casting of David Tennant in both. the different killer/timeline twist wasnt enough to justify the US remake, in my opinion. i know this happens a lot, but it doesnt make it feel any less lazy and pointless to just reprocess shows/movies and throw in a potential what/if twist end, instead of offering new original content.
obnoxiously redundant to the 2011 Australian version, even down to the casting of Melissa George in both.
dumb and fun - do not take it seriously. it's literally just a video ad-series for netflix, but the queens do it in style.
**sad news for fans/viewers
it has been announced that NBC has officially cancelled Superstore after 6 seasons 100+ episodes**
the pieces were all there for a decent "show" (loosely used as all quibi shows feel more like a movie edited to 10 minutes or less quick bites to force fit an annoying streaming format) and the actors were talented, but the story unnecessarily dragged to an non-ending that was easily expected and unsatisfying.
plot/story is in the same vein as Rosemary's Baby
definitely my least favorite of the Drag Race franchise - two episodes in and i stopped from boredom and poor runway judging.
feels like something that would end up on Freeform or cancelled by Fox within the first season. likeable actors written as overly stupid characters that just happen to be tripping over and into success with each 5 minute episode. it's not terrible, but it's not very funny either. luckily, the show is only about 60 minutes in total, as i probably would not return after the premiere/pilot of this show with a normal network runtime.
Greg's a great host - he's charismatic and entertaining. i dont watch alot of YT, but i do follow his channel and watch routinely
