The final turn of this episode was so unbelievably unexpected. I think it speaks to the quality of Psych as a show that they did not elongate that particular reveal for too long. This moment could have been the last tense one of the entire series, but to get it out of the way now is incredibly important and frees up the show to do something even less expected in the second half of the season.
It’s almost 10 years and still Siri can’t get it right.
Hell yeah! Yelena's back baby!
Loved this episode. The whole tribute to the show "Firefly" at the beginning was outstanding.
Good one, Beckett. Was it tasty, the heroin? Do you want some more? Maybe with some salad on the side?
As soon as I saw the drugs bag, I started thinking "please don't lick it, please don't lick it, use a drug kit instead, please don't lick it!". But oh well... I guess it's not supposed to be a realistic show anyway, so who cares.
I wish they could stop pairing up Becket with some jerk all the time. It's just annoying.
So there is a dirty bomb on the loose, and they don't even bring in the FBI? Just the one guy from Homeland Security? Huh...
Also, plastic hazmat suits may protect against viruses or toxins, but I'm not so sure they also block radiation...
And do all NYPD detectives happen to wear a radiation monitor at all times? X-Ray technicians, or sailors aboard a nuclear submarine, sure, but police detectives?
This is starting to feel like The Mentalist's Red John seasons. I really hope they'll close this storyline soon and move on to something different, and back to the weekly cases and Castle's humor.
I love Bebe, yet another character who easily susses Frasier and manipulates the expert on human behaviour... :-D
What fucking idiot just stands there while he's being run down by a car? He had plenty of time to jump out of the way. Do they really think the audience is that stupid or are they really that stupid themselves?
Kind of hoping to see Liam Neeson in the second part of this episode...
Martha is growing on me, I am surprised :see_no_evil:
Going undercover while impersonating somebody else, for an operation that doesn't seem to be too important but could be extremely dangerous, and with all of two hours to prepare. Sure!
Also... wasn't there any actress with less ressemblance with Beckett? It's like having Cameron Diaz pretending to be Salma Hayek.
Are you kidding me, Beckett!??? After the ginormous screw up, you give that tip to the narcotics captain!? Send him off to hell, and give the information to the DEA, of the FBI, or pretty much anybody else...
They never would've solved this case if Billings wasn't there to help!
Really? They didn't call the feds because the bad guys could have stopped their activities and no one else in town would have died?
MODERATION EDIT: Be respectful.
Screw Frasier's dream; I want more of Martin and Daphne in the elevator!
Daphne translating the sequence of a basketball game into opera terms for Niles is priceless.
This entire episode's execution is nothing short of perfect.
Might have seen it before, but even if I did, it was still 110% fresh this time.
One of the smartest episodes in regards to making characters realise what they want and what they're missing. They final scene is one of the best written scenes with so much subtext. A rare 9 star from me.
What am an eagle. No you’re Hawk. Or at least used to be. LOL
It was a great adaptation and the bumping with Lee Child by the end of the episode when Reacher gets back to meet with Finlay is a great touch.
Let's get that Season 2 ready...
Can i say that the best episode so far was in fact without Boba Fett? I had more interest watching Din Djarin build his new ship than the last 4 episodes.
How weird it is that the best episode of "The Book of Boba Fett" doesn't have a single scene with Boba Fett?
Don West is awesome. :o)
Dr Smith's face when she realized the Robinson's pulled one over on her was great, she looked so proud.
Now that was stupid & made no sense. The robot can’t fight off 2 freaking humans when it was able to protect the horse on the planet. The creators are pretty freaking stupid for putting this in there.
Hastings should castrated and chucked out an airlock.
