Went in knowing next to nothing about this, and pretty much loved it. Engaging story with good characters, and a flawless performance from Jennifer Lawrence.
I can count the westerns I've liked on one hand and I enjoyed this one.
One of my top favorite comedy movies of the 80s!
This movie is Humphrey Bogart at his best. He plays the typical cool guy like no one else ever could. Add to that a jilted romance and a backdrop of World War II and you have the makings of an unforgettable movie. There are lots of high rated classics that I found myself disappointed by, but this movie doesn't disappoint at all.
20 minutes in and i'm already in love with Humphrey Bogart
How such a silly 70ies horror flick like Suspiria can be hyped and mentioned in the same sentence with true Gems like "Helloween", "Nightmare on Elm's Street" or "The Exorcist" is beyond me! I would give this crappy excuse for a horror movie a wide berth!
This starts with a great concept about a robot experiencing human emotions and the consequences that would have. The movie also starts off pretty decent by showing how an emotionless robot is pretty scary, but how emotional humans are also pretty scary. Then it turns into a carnivalesque chase/quest, which is funny, exciting and looks amazing: great mid-story. There were a couple of ways I could see this end, so I figured it would lead to something great. And then, when I least expected it, I got to witness the worst ending I'd ever seen in a sci-fi movie (or Indiana Jones 4), guided by a voiceover (!) literally explaining the moral of the story over and over for 20 minutes.
I was willing to look over some plotholes and some annoying characters (yes teddy and mommy, i'm looking at you) because I liked the fact this movie made me think about what it means to be human. But the ending changed this from an above average movie to a terrible movie. It made me ashamed to be a sci-fi fan...
Wow, what a colossal disappointment this was. Just a pile of garbage.
enjoyed the movie, I considered it good and entertaining. didn't really have high expectations, but it wasn't nearly as bad as some have made it out to be.
If you can keep from looking right at Mariah Carey's horrible performance you'll be fine. Otherwise it's a cute movie.
Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by how good this was.
Just your "everyday" sci-fi flick! Half way through I stopped caring what happened to Monday and by the end I wondered what happened to my 2 hours. Hard meh.
As a fan of DC Universe I have only one thing to say - thnnk you Zack Snyder for the awesome superhero movie.
This film is awesome. The Best Of 2016.
No spoiler here however this movie is mediocre I could barely make it through 30 minutes without making a funny commentary the movie is extremely slow moving and for being a thriller it's deathly not very thrilling
Oh and the continuity in this movie is pretty flawed you do not inject insulin intravenously you have to put that in the belly into the paratonial cavity injection into the veins is fatal usually and apparently in this movie it's not nice job on the realism guys
"I've got some bad news"...... Nothing special but watchable. Typical WWE affair.
Zombies? Really? ugggh! Two words left.
Not nearly as bad as some say. Watchable. It's like Taken with a dull lead actor.
A hidden gem of a mystery/thriller.
Not as good as the book, but entertaining.
One of the 1970s best!
What a boring movie this was. No fun at all.
Not quite as good as The Shallows but about the same.
This is one of the dumbest movies I have ever seen. What did they do...watch Dreamcatcher to come up with this garbage? Really? Memory balls? Floating islands? Lost clowns? Come on Pixar, your better than this.
This movie consists of two episodes(The Surgeon and The Interrogation) from the "Planet of the Apes" TV show starring Roddy McDowall, Ron Harper, James Naughton and Mark Lenard. It has intro and closing monologue by an elder Galen(McDowall) recalling his time with Burke and Virdon.
completely overrated. Dull, drab and not this "gripping" movie that movie snobs want you to believe.
Simply not funny...or interesting at all.
