Thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Don't think any of the scenes were over done. And there weren't any boring scenes either in the movie.
This show just keeps on surprising me. Rarely have I seen such a perfect cast. This just works.
Hilarious show, one of those rare shows that gets me actually laughing out loud. Miranda is so relatable and funny!
I didn't expect much from the movie, but I was pleasantly surprised. It catches your attention and I thought it was a very good adaptation. Helena Bonham Carter was simply amazing.
Based on a true story, this is definitely a low key non-action movie. It moves along slowly, but doesn't get bogged down. There's nothing outstanding, but nothing disappointing about it either. A good time waster with a nice story. 8/10
The Shiny Shrimps is like inside a man's boxers: there are no real surprises but what is there is enjoyable.
A gay copy of France's successful Sink or Swim last year, The Shiny Shrimps is the story of a water polo team competing for the Gay Games. Based on a real water polo team, the good news is this film far outshines its trailer which angered me for feeding the stereotypes of the flamboyant gay man. Fortunately, the actual film is more balanced and while there are certainly gay stereotypes (it is a mass market comedy, after all), at least there's more than one type.
The Shiny Shrimps hits all the right notes even if it's the same old song and dance. You'll laugh out loud, identify with the characters and leave the cinema feeling good. What more can you ask for from a mainstream comedy?
"That's, like, a monumental abuse of power." Yes it is! She really thought Kathryn would condone her behavior?!
One of the only Scream-clones to come out of the 90s that was pretty good itself. Not Scream good, but there is a cool killer, likeable cast and a solid revenge plot. I may be biased though, 'cause I was just the right age when it came out.
I know no one likes Riley but I can't be the only one who felt bad for him at the end of this episode.
I saw that threesome coming a mile away.
Really enjoyed watching this, was quite funny and had a good feel to it. Wasn't bored at all throughout.
Actually fell asleep in the theater. An altogether boring plot and I felt Sandra Bullock did a particularly poor job acting. The movie might have had more success if it wasn't attached to the Ocean's franchise.
This is so not the same without Nathan.
I can't believe any scriptwriter would have the gall to write poor Lady Edith such a devastating plot twist. I mean, you'd think she has suffered enough.
Is it just me or did Tat accidentally slip into her own accent / Cosima during that last scene with Donnie?
This is a very clear and in no way subtle WWII/Holocaust allegory (the uniforms, "extermination" and "vermin", the shoes that Doyle finds in his flashback, bunker under the floorboards, etc.). But still very effective, with a heartbreaking ending.
I don't want to sound shallow but honestly this movie can be summarized in two words: blue balls. So many promising moments but the end left me unsatisfied.
Beautiful, adorable, smart-ass, awesome kid.
A sweet movie and a hot uncle.
Spike ruined all of their lives in one episode! Can’t wait to catch up with him being a series regular. Love is a funny thing....
these last two episodes, especially this one, are just :ok_hand_tone2: :sparkles:chef’s kiss:sparkles: perfect.
Out... for... a... walk... ....bitch!
And in that moment, I swear we all were Lucius.
a film which have 11 action hero but every heros entry was superb
To me it was the perfect movie. Romantic, funny, moving. I really loved it
There’s not a single action sequence yet I feel like this is the most action movie I’ve seen in awhile. The edge of your seat kind of stuff. Totally loved and enjoyed it. And Keira was amazing. One of her top performance, if I dare say.
why would Kenny have a picture of himself as his phone background lol. on the other note, shout out to stylists team!
”It's not a girl.” I loved that Jonas did not even FLINCH at that and just kept guessing. My heart melted for Isak.
I didn't expect this movie to be as awesome as it was. Perfect combination of everything that's Jane Austen and zombies. I loved that neither of those two worlds gets overthrown by the other.
