You: 1x02 The Last Nice Guy in New York

Am I the only Dexter fan who flipped at the "Tonight's the Night" line? I'm not sure this was in the book, I feel this was a real reference to us sweet-neurotic-serial-killer suckers :)

Mom: 8x01 Sex Bucket and the Grammar Police

It was a great episode, and I didn't miss Christy at all, sorry. I hope to see Andy and Jill relationship in the future episodes

Mom: 7x20 Big Sad Eyes and a Antique Hot Dog

Ok, so the finale wasn't really a finale due to the Covid-19 situation, and now I read that Anna Faris is leaving the show after season 7. At first, it upset me, but actually, it makes sense, because Christy was really useless in the series at this point, maybe that's why she left. I wonder how it is possible to go on without her, though. The reasonable solution would be bringing back her daughter to live with Bonnie since the two of them had basically resolved their issues, so there are other realms to explore here and I hope they will.
I always see my series through, even when they go really downhill (which is not the case just yet, but I'm having some doubts here).

Wow, they finally at least acknowledged the existence of Christy kid in this episode. It's really weird how both her children disappeared and she's not worrying about them at all, but cares about getting a man. Still love the show, although Christy becomes really pathetic, hope they'll finally cut her some slack, boost her confidence and give her some kind of win towards the end of the season. And appearance of the kids would be nice

Private Practice: 1x01 In Which We Meet Addison, a Nice Girl From Somewhere Else

This was worth watching if just for seeing Addison dancing.
I felt that medicine part was lacking in that one, but obviously this isn't the main focus here anyway :innocent:

Put Sarah Paulson anywhere, and suddenly it somehow becomes an AHS episode.

So I felt that in this episode we saw Holden actually losing his game (being bored as Wendy pointed out), not seeing beyond the weirdness of the killers, and being compliant with the investigator (I feel the Holden we knew before would push it further). So we probably see his fall-down due to his panic attack and perhaps the meds that somehow numbed him?
I can't wait to see how it'll play out, as well as Wendy's attempt to have some kind of personal life - maybe she'll get in trouble because of that?

Grey's Anatomy: 4x15 Losing My Mind

Karev is my favorite character, but he's really weird with this Rebecca story, it was obvious she's not right in the head. And as much as I dislike Izzie for her often self-centernecce, they're probably the only couple that could work in these series.

The Terror: Season 1

I was so blown away by this; I keep having it in my thoughts a day after I finished (and it's a rare thing nowadays, to be honest). I'll probably read the book now for the full experience. The slowly crippling horror and despair, how people cut down by the inevitable, and how they cope with being left to die - it's so overwhelming with real, raw emotions. The mix between the real and the somewhat unreal (the Tuunbaq, but what do we know about these distant and mostly inhabited realms?) creates a chilling experience.
Once I finished the season, I started watching episode 1 again, it made so many things clear, like how Edward whispered "Close" to Croizer before dying and other details. It's done so remarkably well. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes to push themselves toward some disturbance.

Younger: 6x12 Forever

As much as I love this show, it's already suffers from the troubles of any successful one that ran out of its course. That brings stupid and repetitive ideas, storylines that go nowhere (like Meggie and that arrogant "flipper", they could've me something really interesting there, as well as giving her much more deserved screen-time). And quite frankly, having Kelsey out felt refreshing, this could be something much more substantial, but most part of this season felt like a filler to me. I hope next season will tie all things together to finish with a bang.

Younger: 5x03 The End of the Tour

Considering our agenda these days - Charles should've asked Liza why did she have to lie about her age and make a big story out of it about the ageism in the industry and the society generally, it's like a social experiment. Better than all the books they're doing now (the marriage vacation, as well as the whitehouse guy).
They're very self-absorbed, these characters and I don't think the writing was too on-point here. Too much whining on all sides - Charles, Josh (he's gone from cute and mature to absolutely redicolous and naive). I'm always loyal to series I watch, but meanwhile this is kinda boring and annoying.

How surreal is that? Around the time I watched this episode, I began seeing an ad for an application that would warn parents if their child gets bullied in social media (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp) - so perhaps the future isn't so far? I liked the episode, although it could have been more detailed, I think it would be more interesting to show more stages of the relationship and the points where a mother's reasonable concern became an obsession. I also liked the scene with the doctor, when she immediately assumed Sara is on the spectrum (without having a slightest thought that it might be her own doing). So maybe this one should have been 90 minutes, instead of episode 1, which overstay its welcome IMO.
I think this episode is more interesting for parents of young children (like myself). Also, I believe that if this family had another parent (not granddad, because we always have our own issues with parents and sometimes take to the other extreme with our own children) - things could be different because the mother would at least have another perspective on things.
Anyhow, great experience as always

That was a great moment between Gloria and Claire, also good parenting advice (for young parents like me out there). Finally, I'm glad I'm watching this season, it was kinda blah until now.

Ok, so I guess I'm old enough to be a nostalgia sucker, but this one really brought a smile to my face. Now I'm sure to be watching it, especially because the new characters are also cute (love Max and Ramona), you can never have too much comedy in this rather gloomy life, even if the jokes are kind of predictable.

The Big Bang Theory: Season 10

Unlike many others - I love this show and it doesn't change with time! I never want it to end, I'm fine with watching Bernie and Howard becoming grandparents! The relationships shown great here. And it's only good that the nerds with no chances with women mostly got it together - that's life at its best and that's a great thing to watch. The jokes are still good and this is probably the best sitcom ever.

I think Max&Randy is the thing I loved most in these series, that was a couple with true chemistry, "beyond the comfort zone" flair and just sexy. The only thing I'll really miss due to the cancellation of the show. It was good while it lasted and it really lost its point this season, since they're not really broke, even if they still "work" in the diner. Plus, I'm sure Randy would've pitch in, 10,000$ for a fancy lawyer - that's nothing. I wish we could get a proper ending episode with Max's wedding, Caroline's dad showing up, Han finding a cute girl... Well, girl can dream...

Love & Friendship

Why the bad rating? This movie is great, I didn't read this specific book of Austin, but it probably could be a quick fix for our fast-paced days when no one has the time for those "way too long of a books". Kate Beckinsale is perfect for the role, the movie is pleasantly conservative and not set for banal entertainment, some quotes about parenthood and religion were worth cherishing and the whole idea seems so positive to me - sometimes a woman just knows what's right for every one ;) Great one for our troubled times.

The X-Files: 9x07 John Doe

Amazing episode, Robert Patrick is an amazing actor. To be honest, I'd watch few seasons with John and Monica as the X-Files agents, too bad people didn't accept them. John is such a deeper character sometimes than Mulder.

The Big Bang Theory: 9x21 The Viewing Party Combustion

People around here are WAY too touchy it's kinda annoying already. People aren't perfect, relationships aren't perfect and stop seeking offensive stuff everywhere you go and go get yourself some "Family Matters" with Steve Urkel always made fun of (just an example). That's what sitcoms are usually about. I love TBBT, the characters are changing and evolving like real persons, and Raj's behavior is actually pretty common, once someone socially awkward gets some attention, it first makes him go over the top. He probably will get dumped by both girls soon and learn the lesson.
