An ok movie, but lacking in any motivation. Why are the characters behaving as they do? Where are the reasons? Where is the backstory? You are thrown in a middle of a story without any explanation. And I don't count those two throwaway lines about the antagonist (you will see which ones, as that's the whole description about him) as a motivation. Could have been better if they made characters, not just cardboard cutouts.
I just could not force myself to finish this movie. After the first hour is just skipped most of the rest. Bloated with annoying characters and horrible acting. The only plus I saw was the design of the mechs, nothing else. Just watch Predator instead.
An ok, space horror movie. A bit short, and harder to follow in the beginning.
Looks like they took a big inspiration in Prometheus, some plot points are quite the same. The alien virus, the plotting android that tries to kill them. Maybe not the best movie to be inspired by.
One of the weaker Jackie Chan movies. A bit meh overall, and the Watson character was just so annoying.
I don't know if it's a lack of good space sci-fi movies in the last years, but I really enjoyed this one. Good actors (not all), good CGI, good plot. Good one
A fun action movie. Is it a masterpiece? no. Will you enjoy the time spend with it? yes. Exactly what I expected from the premise
A bit slower-paced, but comes together nicely in the end. Maybe not for everyone, but the acting, story, effects and conclusion are all good.
A cross between Dantes Peak and Jurassic Word. Entertaining, but with quite the shallow characters, that like to behave like idiots.
If there is something big and dangerous behind you, you don't stop the car to wait, to take a better look.
Beautiful movie, but not a comedy. Definitively not a comedy...
I saw around 6 versions of this film by now, and while the German is currently my favorite, this one is not far behind. Quite interesting to see how every country makes the same basic story different.
Not bad, but feels a bit generic. Nothing to stand out from other similarly-themed horror movies.
Interesting idea, engaging movie. Quite enjoyed it. Some of the acting felt off, but nothing that would ruin the movie.
Quite the surprise. Not bad, not bad at all. Simple story, with few characters, but entertaining. Maybe just some of the fight choreography could be better. Some of the fights looked fake, too staged.
A fun, entertaining, superhero movie made for adults and not crying Twitter babies? Did I wake up in the twilight zone? It's hard to believe it after all the trash movies that came out this year. DC is on a roll recently, and I hope they will continue like this.
A fun action movie, but it's just so stupid. Especially when they start talking about anything technical. It sounds like they are reading from a dictionary. Just bad. But still enjoyable and not boring.
For a moment I thought I was watching Justice League. Every character is a superhero.
The plot armor is so thick that they even make fun of it directly in the movie
A creepy space horror movie. Quite enjoyable if you like that kind of story.
Good idea for a story, I liked the characters and the acting. Just maybe if they went more into the sleep deprivation and horror stuff more.
Nice animation, CGI, and action, but I did not understand the story at all. Felt like getting into a series in the 5th season.
A fun action movie, not as good as the first one, but still ok. A bit too many characters and missing a clear focus.
Some interesting ideas, but could be cut down to 20 minutes without loosing anything. Just watch Timecrimes instead.
I really enjoyed this movie. It was exactly what I expected. An OK story with some absolutely stunning visuals. The cinematography here is what makes this movies great. But did you really expect an Oscar worthy story from this? I did not. It's a fun ride while it last and I think it's worth it.
It's not bad but feels stale. This heist-style movie has been done so many times before. Thinking about it, just two weeks ago, still on Netflix, with Army of thieves. It's just forgettable.
Also, I'm starting to wonder if, when they sew Ryan Reynolds mouth shut in X-men, if they did not stumble on a very good idea. I just wanted him to finally shut up, the whole movie. I know that Deadpool was popular, but does he have to be the same character in every movie? Was fun for a while, but now it's getting old really quickly.
I presume all the budget went to the nice posters because this feels like a low-budget Netflix movie. Especially some of the CGI and fight choreography was horrible.
I was bored the whole time, probably just the actress playing Yelena looked more bored than I felt. Almost did not finish,
The only positive was the Red Guardian, quite funny, just not enough of him.
Overall the worst Marvel movie in a long time. If they cut out Natasha and Yelena, this would make for a better movie.
A good horror movie, plagued with bad acting here and there. Especially the police officers were horrible. Still, it kept me intrigued and interested in what's really happening. Worth a watch.
The ending was quite a surprise, can't remember the last time I was not able to predict where the story is going. Big thumbs up for that.
Sometimes a movie is so bad, that it becomes great. A real classic.
10 points for visuals, - infinity for everything else. Before this movie I would go to the cinema almost weekly, after it, I just stopped. It was just not worth it to me anymore. The experience was so bad. One of the stupidest movies ever made.
(btw. my rating is 1, but even after many tries, I can't apply that rating to this movie, it's not accepted)
I turned this off after 15 minutes. I value my time more than this is worth it.
Movies like this make me feel old. I can remember the times when Bruce Willis would mean a good movie or at least an entertaining one. Now it just means that it's trash one can just skip. Good old times.
Ok, nothing special. Not as good as the first one.
In a way Escape room is similar to the CUBE series. And they are doing the same thing as in CUBE zero. They are moving away from the participants to the perpetrators. And same as there it makes the movie worse. Keeping them a mystery, an unknown, worked well. They took it away, without a rewarding conclusion.
Yes, one first checks for ghosts and magnetic fields and only afterwards checks the slope of the hill that cars move on. One of the stupidest shows I ever seen.
