Bran: I can never be Lord of Winterfell, I can never be Lord of anything, I'm the Three-eyed Raven.
Also Bran: I'm the King.
EDDIE MUNSON PLAYING MASTER OF PUPPETS IN THE UPSIDE DOWN WAS LEGENDARY!
"Chrissy, this is for you."
"Everyone! Remain calm! The Crypts are perfectly SAFE!!!!! I repeat, the CRYPTS ARE SAFE!!"
There's only a few times in your life you'll live through a cultural Phenomenon. First Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, The X-Files. Something people will remember, reference, and talk about decades later. I truly believe Stranger Things is one of those.
I'm seeing some negative reactions in here. Well, I quite liked it tbh. Had me glued to the screen the whole time. Maybe I don't remember the quality of seasons 1-5 or maybe I'm just happy with little, who knows. Everyone seems to hate this season and I have to say I'm not 100% happy with it. BUT. I really liked this episode. Anyway, what can I say.
They stuck the landing and delivered. A really great, satisfying finale that sets up the final season.
Great start to the season. Loved the new characters and also the development of old ones. It’s so creepy though!! Like more graphic or something. Love Eddie. He seems very cool
This show based on bloody league of legends has absolutely no right to be as good as it is, but hoooooly crap did the writers really pull their weight on this show.
It's the third time I've seen this episode and I still don't think I have ever seen a more disturbing death scene in my entire life
Nothing earth-shattering but still a solid setup and the CGI is top notch! Daemon shines every time he’s on screen. 8/10
They should just rename this season, "No one is taking Littlefinger's shit anymore." Also, I'm pretty sure Game of Thrones just ruined chicken pot pie for me forever...
That’s right. Bully’s get stitches. Should’ve hit her harder.
Watching this episode, I couldn't help but be totally distracted by the fact that they recast Daario Naharis.
Calling this show stupid is still a compliment in my opinion. Writers needs to understand that people are fan of Tolkien’s work not theirs. Stop doing stupid dialogues and why the hell would you rush Sauron manipulating elves to a single episode. This show needs better writers.
the "horror" aspect of this show has been boosted by at LEAST 400% and i am LOVING it,
the ending of episode 1 was horrifyingly fantastic
At this point I don't even blame Henry Cavill for leaving. He deserves so much better.

Not technically fourth wall-breaking, but The Watcher is so aligned with audience's perspective that Ultron's acknowledgement of him feels like it, and that moment feels so jarringly thrilling. Plus, best use of animation's fluidity so far; series-altering serializing with past episodes; and real, hefty stakes both small (Natasha and Clint) and big (Ultron's unstoppable domination that culminates in a Multiverse-leaping fight). Just good stuff all around. Can't wait to see how this lead into the finale.
The end of this episode has to be one of the most satisfying of the series. I could have watched entire episodes of just Arya and the Hound rampaging through the Riverlands killing Lannister men.
Well the first episode obviously did some initial grounding of the characters and set the scene of what we can somewhat expect from HotD season.
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I still can't get past 'Lord Corlys Velaryon' considering in the older times especially they kept in breeding as they didn't want their bloodline tainted. That is well known in the lore.
Back in GoT, Xaro Xhoan Daxos was a trader and fit well in the show, as did other ethnicities depicting different houses and regions. It just doesn't sit in the story well and is a clear token character to get a PoC into the main house. It would have been better to have a Meister role or other primary role but not Targaryen.
I always give new shows 3-4eps to either hook me or push me away, so we'll see what next week brings us.
The Majority of MCU fans who wanted to see She-hulk twerking with Meghan Thee Stallion Is now satisfied.
"Faces fading in the flames. It was all her fault." Swain's quote in game for Jinx, all makes sense now
This one is completely successful. I was never bored, never sure what exactly was going on, or what was going to happen next.
Continuously interesting.
This is the only one so far that you could watch a second or third time and potentially get more out of it than the first.
If your kids behave badly, show them this.
Too polished, overacted crap. It has no heart, its like a soap opera with a gazillion dollar cgi budget.
Listening to that farmer say how she can't even afford take a wage was honestly so sad - the government are failing British farmers.
The decision from the council in this episode is pure idiocy as well. I thought they were supposed to serve the interests of the people of the area, not their personal feelings towards Clarkson. They are trying to make farmers in and around the Chipping Norton area extinct.
lol, what did I just watch. best episode of the season so far, just perfect
wow...I really didn't think there could be one worse than the yogurt one. My bad...
