i know this episode is more about the rigid institutions of the monarchy and whatever but what I got from it was that queen Elizabeth gives a good sloppy toppy when she's so inclined
it isn't as clever as it thinks it is lol

Seriously though, if you're willing to turn your brain off and aren't bothered by how convoluted this show gets then the over dramatic twists and turns may be enough to carry the show for you. That is until, season 4. Don't watch season 4. Even just to make fun of it, it's so bad that it ceases to be funny. Best you can expect from it is a headache and an unquenchable urge to find whoever is responsible for WHOEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE NOT ONE BUT TWO SECRET SIBLINGS. ONE OF WHICH IS A DOG. SHERLOCK REMEMBERS HIS FORGOTTEN BROTHER AS A DOG. WHY? WHO DID THIS? .
Don't watch this show if you're looking for some fun mystery solving, to have all the clues laid out in front of you so you have a chance to figure out the mystery for yourself. To come away from each episode with a sense of satisfaction, either from having managed to solve the crime or, as is more often the case, from seeing Sherlock teach you a new way of using lateral thinking. If that's the show you're looking for then watch something else (Jonathan Creek comes to mind although it does sometimes find itself somewhere on the scale between cheesy and downright stupid).
I love these kind of cute little make over shows and Trixie Motel is no exception. I just wish there were a bit more spontanious moments instead of this constant scripted bull
For me the season started great but it's been quite flat the last few episodes. Even the one queen that I like the most is definitely one of the less strong finalist we had.
The screen time era for Irene worked wonderfully as I completely forgot about her but I got to like her a bit more.
The reunion was good and entertaining, I liked that some queens got to say something about what they do apart from the short time on drag race.
That said this season had some good drama, but looking back a lot of queens got gaslighted by Mistress or poorly treated by Luxx, and you could even see that some of them where still a bit affected by it, even tho they were the ones trying to be more cool with it.
The "character thing", the "it's my personality" bullshit doesn't cut it for me, or the "I didn't know what I was doing": you knew it perfectly and people around you too. Good job for Loosey to adress this in the most polite and respectful way possible.
Hurting people, pushing them down and make them question about themselves is plain bullism, that doesn't justify the threats or the racism or the offenses, but if you are a bully you should be called out.
Personally I think they needed to push the confrontation with Crackstone to next season and elaborate on it. Feels like all that build up was wasted. Also, what's up with magic staff? I thought Crackstone is all about normal natural burning of the witches, yet he uses witchcraft.
Speaking of wasted potential, confrontation with Thornhill was great with Weems and Wednesday finally working together, only for it to be wasted with a stupid death, so what was the point other than to kill off Weems? She and her dynamic with Wednesday was one of the best aspects of a show, and it seems like her death was just glossed over
I'd like to add a new comment. I was worried from the first show this was gonna be medical survivor. How about taking a lesson from Australian Survivor and getting some fit, not completely insane competitors and making a show worth watching.
Carolyn is so refreshing. I love her!
I need Carolyn to go all the way to the finals my God I love her! Lol
Liked the show, as I love virtually anything Sherlock Holmes, but it is very convoluted and extremely difficult to understand the dialog. Will continue watching but hope I can learn to read lips as the dialog is buried under other noise.
Usually, most queens grow on me over time, but with the elimination, all I can think is, "Crap, I have to watch Luxx next week again too!" Confidence is one thing, but her extreme arrogance is just obnoxious.
The comedy challenge was a bomb, but the lip sync was THE bomb.
How on earth was that not a DOUBLE SAVE? :pensive:
I've watched a lot of survivor over the years and this is the best tribal council I've ever seen
One of the greatest episodes ever.
The way Jax was robbed her first lipsync
How rushed was this episode? Some Queens barely even spoke during the Snatch Game.
I absolutely hate how often survivor Australia takes people who were “voted out” and brings them back. It’s not a fun twist, it’s the producers being very clear on who they want to see in the game. Unless it’s a season where that’s the theme, it’s ridiculous how often they do this.
Okay, Will is starting to annoy me, all he does is stand around staring at his friend while she is getting bullied...
I was not ready for the Marge Simpsofication of Trixie's "no" - actual tears.
What, nobody else thinks that this was another good episode? I'm really enjoying this season. It's has a lot more twists, compared to just a strong alliance picking off a smaller alliance, because that is just plain boring.
I don't get why George would expose himself by doing that when they were already going to get rid of one of their own. They could have just gotten rid of Dani and still have the same numbers but George not get exposed then he could get more info or have more numbers possibly on his side, if Brains start to turn on him. Dani was also dumb for blurting out a plan like that without knowing if anyone else in her alliance has any thought to turn on Emmit.
In this episode we see the best and worst in humanity -
Wei (sp?) "I didn't ask to be saved" did George really need to ask you? would you have declined? If George had not saved her she would have been gone on "day dot" (lol).
Cara "I'm going to use the idol on George" - knowing full well that meant she would be the one going home. George an egotistical and generally unpleasant person to be around who talks too much... cries.
For a Brains tribe, they're dumb as shit!
George had an idol, most of the group did not know he did, and wanted to vote his ass out, for good reasons I might add. If George was at least semi intelligent he would have kept it a secret, let them all put their votes on him so he didn't have to have many people voting with him (he doesn't have many anyways) and then he could have picked who HE really wanted gone and made it happen. But no, dumb ass has to show everyone so that they can still put votes on him to make him still have to play it or go home, while putting some on one of his "allies" to send them home if he does play it. I want George to go home, so, make him play it or go home, if he plays it, send his friend home and send him packing in the next tribal.
EDIT: Now that I have actually finished watching the episode, some of what I said happened but not the voting out one of George's allies, instead they were dumb enough to vote out Mitch, who would at least be a bit of their strength (and need in challenges) and for votes, instead of voting out the dead weight like Wai, also one of George's allies. Wow!
Strand is collecting butterflies now? SURE.
Instead of taking out Moana, they could have taken out David. It doesn't matter because they will have to turn on each other and whoever gets sent to exile will be bitter and want payback and 5 out of the six sent to exile beach will make it back which will outnumber the ones still in the game that didn't go to exile, a new alliance maybe?
My deepest condolences to Lee and his entire family for their loss from a sympathetic viewer in Canada. When they first showed the picture of Lee and his mom Beth together my first thought was, "oh, great, that's fantastic, she DID make it and is well", but then I had seen the date and I was crushed again. So once again, My deepest condolences to Lee and his entire family for their loss.
This is probably one of the best exit of all time, so awkward and funny. She looked like a psychopath, loved it.
Were Monet and Shea good at the challenge of the week? Yes, they were. But that doesn’t mean they should go STRAIGHT TO THE FINAL! All queens have won a single star during the entire season so in the end what to decide is a simple challenge with no impact? This episode completely dishonored all the effort the other queens had. If Monet and Shea had really done well during the season they would have enough stars in the final, just as Jinxx did.
Viviane was impeccable, Jayda even more impeccable during the season! That’s very unfair. It’s a terrible episode.
Absolute crap! I saw the sneak peak on youtube and as soon as I found out it was 3 stars at stake I knew it was gonna be complete bullshit! And so many others did too.
I'm sorry, but how to ruin one of the best season in years.
I love Shea, but from the smile she did at the beginnig she knew she was gonna be up there. And so unfair for the others, but not also, I feel like all these episodes have been wasted. What's the point?!
Well, anyway, we already know who's the only possible winner so in a way we knew this season was pointless from the very beginning.
