Monica, you look fantastic and finally relaxed, but the performance was horrible. I'm sure she's a wonderful person, but she lacks under every aspect of a performer.

Gosh I was so scared for Rose when it looked like they wheeled him into the same room with her.
And now I'm still scared for her being this close to him. As well as I am afraid for the nurse, fitting so well into his victim's profile. He should be too weak to do anything even if he were to wake up soon, plus drugged up, but I'm still really nervous.
And I'm suspecting Rose to not going to function... forever. Which also saddens me.

@y2jin99 @throbicus SO great to finally see others praising Australian Survivor! Phenomenal casting. Compelling challenges. More days and more time to get to know everyone. Higher stakes. Fun twists. This last season of it was FANTASTIC.
Our version has GOT be catching on to this, and make the changes that need to be made. It just pales so much more in comparison.

And Liz didn’t finally “decide” to get rid of him… it was a bit of a stretch for her to claim that… bc it was the only rational decision for everyone to make in that moment! Nobody was gonna vote for Gerry.
George’s gameplay is unmatched, by any Survivor player, ever. The fact that he made it THAT far is unfathomable, and worthy of endless praise. I began to get bored once he was voted out, because he was the only one truly worthy of the win.
Still, out of the three left, the right person did come out victorious. And it really was a fantastic season with a spectacular group of castaways!

VIP2I admit that Loosey can be a bit intense and often on the edge of taking herself way too seriously, but I don’t disagree with her here. Mistress’ teacher look was basic, and Luxx’s was even worse. Honestly, both of them haven’t been overly impressive all season. I would feel slighted too.
Even despite a VERY lackluster lip sync, Loosey deserved to be in the finale. Ross’ shoe critique was quite a stretch. Talk about splitting hairs unnecessarily, when there were other obvious missteps for this challenge. All-in-all disappointing. I’m not surprised when viewers believe this show has a preset agenda.

3 Thoughts After Watching ‘Don’t Look Up’:
Yeah, it was funny. But it was more scary and depressing, considering how it aligns way too closely with reality. And I know that was the point. They really did hit the nail on the head. This film is truly the black mirror of our country.
The random quick-shots of real-world moments were powerful. Interlaced with all the insanity, it did a great job depicting how wondrous and wild our lives can be on this beautiful planet — and how much we take for granted.
This was a great cast. Awesome to see the ever-talented Jennifer Lawrence again. Great performance from DiCaprio, which I’m sure was powered by his real-life passions. And I really do love Meryl in comedy. She’s so subtle and I’m here for it.

This film is blatantly based on, and a parody of, American figures and American politics. These were merely my thoughts from watching this film as an American, and I simply wrote as such, from that point of view. A stream of consciousness. I can’t speak on how comparable the film is to your country, but I promise I won’t scold or school you for your use of semantics when discussing it.

@loverly Ricard was the absolute worst. Next-level smug and so inauthentic. Ugh.
This episode was certainly worth doing but it should have happened ages back. It was a well composed origin story for Negan, even if the leap from losing his wife to the caricature he was when he first appeared as a proverbial mustache-twirling super villain is still a little bit of a stretch.
The character needed this episode a good couple of seasons back to give him that much needed depth, so it's odd the show waited until the 11th hour to do it. Still, it's certainly a positive entry after the pointless filler episode that was last week. This may not have moved the story forward that much but it definitely felt a necessary addition to the show.

3 Thoughts After Watching ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’:
The best parts of the movie were, hands down, all the nostalgia… the reunions, the music, and the easter eggs. And I thought the tribute to Harold Ramis was beautiful — and incredibly impressive.
I kinda hated the complete lack of any Ghostbusters 2 recognition.
It was a cute movie, and I enjoyed it, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve been scratching my head to decipher what exactly was lacking… but, honestly, I just think the story itself is simply forgettable. It started out with potential, but ultimately wasn’t strong enough for such a legacy. I can appreciate revisiting Gozer, but it felt like a miss to me. I think I would’ve preferred more of an original story than what felt like a rushed rehash.

We can't end every episode with a character reveal. All the people who hated WandaVision for "being so slow". Well this is the show for you because it's basically a marvel movie without any of the recap. If you don't know who everyone is before you started episode one this series is just a mess. SO many people wanted to know if they could watch WandaVision without seeing Marvel movies first and it's so doable with so little information. "She's a witch, he's an android" that's it. TFatWS is so far the opposite. I've seen every MCU property and I'm still barely keeping it straight. I'm sure this will be the most fun for the people who do the entire MCU marathon and having just watched 15 movies going right into this it will feel great but watching it live is still not that good. It's just so hard to care about anything or anyone in this series.

Nice to see that we agree a little more on ‘Black Mirror’ and ‘Contact’. And I’ll agree to disagree... anybody can tear anything great down. Doesn’t mean it’ll go away or change. It’s all subjective.
