Someone move this episode to special instead of season 1
The series wasn't quite what I expected. I thought it would be more focused on missions, but it turned out to be more about romance. However, I guess it was my fault for expecting something else.
This was really endearing, lots of cute moments.
In most other shows I'd find it ridiculous to have characters get married after knowing each other for only three days but everyone in TUA is just unhinged enough for something like this to work. And I'm always here for the "let's have a party before the world ends" trope.
I like that they finally gave new Ben some depth, took them long enough!
Reginald being nice (or at least pretending to) is totally weirding me out and I'm loving it.
Klaus is definetely carrying this season so far.
Everytime Allison spoke I could not help but roll my eyes. The adaucity to not even accept Viktor's apology which in no way she even deserved... ugh. Her emotions are very much justified, I don't blame her at all for grieving and being angry but after forcing herself on Luther and not even apologizing for it and then going on to murder Harlan in cold blood, I just cannot stand looking at her anymore. She's irredeemable.
Who else could tell within the first 10 minutes that they were using a mechanical baby or a computer generated one?
What is even going on with this season? Is it bad that I'm not even sad about Cisco leaving? what does that say about me as a fan this many seasons deep and the direction this show is heading? Guess better not think about it or I'll be depressed.
I'm still annoyed at Otis's behavior throughout the season, but his voicemail to Maeve was actually really sweet and what Isaac did at the end was a total dick move. Tbh given that Netflix has been canceling their shows left and right, the producers are putting a lot of faith in them with that cliffhanger ending. Nothing has really been resolved in a satisfying way, so if we don't get a season 3 it's gonna be awfully disappointing.
Also, Maeve's mom is literally the worst ever. Fuck her. I'll miss seeing Maeve with Elsie too, they had such a cute relationship.
My name is Barry Allen and I'm the... weakest hero alive. I'm so sorry about everything and it's all my fault. I have so many locks on my door one would thing I didn't have superpowers. I'm glad my awesome wife and her awesome friends know I am the Flash cause I sure as hell don't remember that. I also think it's superswell that they are Team Citizen and I just LOVED the long pause as they look into the great beyond. I'm the Flash, or at least I was... Now I'm just The Streak. Cause my wife invented that word and it resembles the streak of shit in my underpants that I constantly have these last seasons.
Oh and Mohinder... He's in this too. I keep forgetting.
I think Lena is overreacting. Kara confessed and apologised, what else does she want? I don’t like what the writers are doing with this story. Everything else was greath though and Katie McGrath is perfect as Lena.
What was the Monitor doing at the Legends’ show?
Somehow, I always found Zach entertaining. He's too damn dumb to not chuckle a bit whenever he's around. Rajesh's story, on the other hand, is getting quite tiresome. But I guess everything in this show that envolves relationships has been getting tiresome for quite some seasons. Heck, for me, that's the one thing that ruined this show.
Knew she was alive . Took them so long to reveal it.
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME ?!!??!?!?! I'M IN PIECES
last 15 mins I was having the most emotional full body reaction. I was sweating n crying n breathing heavy. I'M STILL CRYING NOW??
Was her heart beat 350 from being in a room that was 41° Celsius? That can't be right... right.
Nevertheless, this was horrible and Amazon should actually develop backstop so we can forget this shit show.
The plot was stupid, the time jumps was annoying and the acting was abysmal.
The only good thing was that we actually got some closure in the season 1 finale.
It's insane the show has been renewed for a second season, there is a "spyverse" now and a second show in the "spyverse" is coming next year. Well, I won't be there when they release.
I don’t care what anyone says, I really enjoyed this series and I’m sorry to see it go. I loved all the characters with the exception of the pinkest lips I’ve ever seen on a black man (Lola’s Husband), they were their own character to me lol.
I can tell this wasn’t a well-planned series finale and was thrown together quickly because they were canceled. It was cute seeing “Lola’s” real-life husband as the DJ at the end though.
Not cool that everyone is trying to get Nancy and Steve back together. When Jonathan isn’t around.
The world needs a mask to go outside but Caitlin Snow does not need one to perform surgery
So it is confirmed that Frank has dementia. Frank is such a horrible character, he has done so many inexcusable things throughout the years but I am sure I will be in complete tears as the story progresses. William H. Macy does one hell of a job portraying this character.
Another highlight of the episode was Mickey and his conflict when it comes to his father. I love the way this was handled and how he dealt with it in the end.
I miss old Lip and him actually making smart decisions! And now he wants to sell the house where his siblings live? Even if they each get a cut, why would they want to add “paying rent” to their problems? And what about Liam? Who will he end up with?
It is ironic how Debbie was the one to point out that Carl was actually raped. I hope this means she now understands the gravity of what she did to Franny’s dad (whatever his name was) Just watched the Debbie's Hall of Shame episode and she actually raped her first boyfriend Matt. With Derek (Franny's dad), she lied about being on birth control pills.
Shout out to Aisha Dee for speaking out about Kat's storyline.
God damn that was an emotional episode. :disappointed_relieved: I think Shaun is more connected with Lea than with Carly.
OK REAL TALK. It's getting irritating how everyone is always finding excuses for Owen's actions and behavior since his day one on the series. And I have been one of those people for such a long time, which is why I used to like that guy. But recently (few seasons ago actually) I've started to believe that maybe he's just not a good person underneath it all. And I no longer can stomach anyone who tries to blame his shit decision making and apathy towards others on his past. There. I said it.
Andy has got to be the dumbest and most gullible character on the show. Let's just hope he won't be able to ruin Lauren, as well.
And they keep breaking the group further apart! Fucking hell! That's what ruined this season, in the first place! We want them fighting the good fight together, not as a million different organised groups that dislike one another. What happened to "strength in unity"?
The show runners are clearly just spitballing, by now.
Most 'meh' finale ever...
Maybe it will get interesting in 400 years........
Everything fell apart when they introduced that stupid fucking rocket with the bombs. How did they even get the bombS up in space in the correct spots and then get them to stay in that location? Not looking forward to season 2 tbh.
Great episode. True what she said though. Didn’t do Jack shit except motivate the next generation to hate and bomb America. The only people Americans can kill / steal shit from and not worry about any retaliations are the Native Americans, blacks, Latinos, and all the other smaller nations who don’t have the monetary means to strike back.
Overall, this season was more boring than the first one by quite a lot. A spy drama thrives in the mystery of it all, and this season all the cards were on the table practically from the very beginning.
Also, leaving the spying game and double crossing aside, there was no real conflict this season. In season one, the lives of millions of people were at stake in a race against the clock, while Joe's life was at stake at every turn. There was danger. There was mystery. The stakes were incredibly high.
This season was spent developing the romantic relationships and personal stories of side characters, who mostly ended up dead. So... pointless. And in the end, the plot wasn't revealed, the mole wasn't exposed, the whole truth wasn't learned. All pertinent players died, and their secrets died with them. All loose ends were tied far away from prying eyes. What's to keep this from happening again? The CIA lost 3 of its people, 2 of whom vanished without a trace. It all feels unfinished to me.
To anybody asking themselves "why display the green environment, even if just for the few moments before they die":
Well, so they'd clean the lens of course. A simple and cheap trick so nobody unpunished has to go outside to do so...
I've lost count of how many times i yelled for them to stop being so damn LOUD
This season has been awful. Season 1 was decent, 2 was bad, but this one is truly terrible. This finale was the only episode that was even mildly enjoyable in any way. Glad it's over.
Yeah, OK, we get it: only one of the kids has super powers for now, ... but why fucking exclude him from the whole "Trip down family history lane", he's still your kid Superman, Jesus. Way to divide the family.
