great but why is it a weekly release? The show, so far at least, is written for binge-viewing.
I'm wondering if the sudden lack of intimacy between Mike and Rachel in this season has something to do with Meghan Markle being serious with Prince Harry.
This season has 19 episodes, not 13... That's a lot of episodes to be missing.
I've just read that this will be the final season. :( I can't believe it's coming to an end... It was an amazing journey and I hope that finale won't disappoint and that Raj will finally find a girlfriend and be happy...the poor guy just can't catch a break...
Overall, this season was more boring than the first one by quite a lot. A spy drama thrives in the mystery of it all, and this season all the cards were on the table practically from the very beginning.
Also, leaving the spying game and double crossing aside, there was no real conflict this season. In season one, the lives of millions of people were at stake in a race against the clock, while Joe's life was at stake at every turn. There was danger. There was mystery. The stakes were incredibly high.
This season? Too much relationship drama and side characters focus.
But I gotta say, the directing was pretty amazing. This season had some beautifully framed and filmed scenes. Great job there.
Average rating of the 21 regular episodes in this season: 7.38095238
(some databases, including NBC's VOD platform, include the special episode "Olympics" at the beginning of season 2)
I'm going to round up this time. I actually really enjoyed this season, even if I didn't laugh a whole lot or give individual episodes particularly high ratings. Sticking it out this long was definitely worthwhile.
I actually rather liked the first season of this show, but season two wasn't nearly as good. The whole Mary - Conde thing feels like reusing the Mary - Bash plotline from season one, and Mary's handmaidens (who now do not serve her at all, which they don't seem to address at all) start to get on my nerves in this season, especially Kenna. Feels like a soap opera really, just not my cup of tea anymore.
I'm looking forward to this. I am rewatching season 1 right now and had forgotten how much I like it.
It was hell of a season! Too bad it got canceled.
13 years passed and the show is still going strong, cant say much about it since i really want more. Hope i stay alive until the last episode of the final season. As for Season 13, it was interesting as always! 9/10
