What a shame this show got canceled. I don’t know where there going with Mia’s killer but it would have been cool to see where how it played out
Amy is a frickin' Wonder Woman and I love it! Latina like me <3
This show is amazing, I really hope that it will never end..
A CSI show with a magician? My inner child is ecstatic!
Solid pilot episode, I'm looking forward to the rest of the season!
That must have been a blast for Sterling K. Brown. Being opposite Andre Braugher, it could only have been better had it been a Homicide reboot instead, although it being a lighthearted show must have had its perks as well.
I enjoyed seeing Hitchcock and Scully having more air time, and I specially enjoyed seeing them working with the rest of the cast separately, because the show often packs them as a single item. I understand their humor is known as being more crude, but I think it balances out with all the other different styles on the show.
I found this episode oddly emotional. Certainly, one of my favorites! Great development with Happy and Walter too.
Finally I can see Waige at the end of the tunnel, although I hope it takes a while. It would be unrealistic for them to jump right in.
Also, I love Ada! I hope we get to see more of her, not only on Happy's wedding but every now and then. Toby and Sylvester dancing together was like cherry on top of the cake :)
Most refreshing plot I've seen in a long while. Absolutely recommended!
This show gets better and better with each episode.
I'm glad we're going to have a Season two.
Five burgers and three hot dogs?! I consider myself a big eater, and I'm more than twice Kevin's age, but I couldn't do that!
This is a magnificent series, maybe even a must-see for everyone. It encapsulates the times it was made and the decade before it about childhood and life in that age (and maybe others). It's a beautifully made and profound series on love and life and everything around it.
I enjoyed it as a 10-year old kid for all the moments you could dream happen to you, for the girls and the kid-stuff. And I enjoy it 27 years later for the lessons in life, the memories and the melancholy of a lost childhood and the things we might have lost in the decades gone by (both personal as well as a society).
I am happy to see Beth Behrs as a guest star! She really needs a new show, I miss her terribly since 2 Broke Girls ended.
This show was a nice surprise, since I'm always distrustful of multi camera sitcoms.
Even though the comedy (and performances) follows the rhythm one could expect, some jokes are very funny and there are very touching moments.
Sometimes the show can get a bit too didactic with its morals, but overall it was refreshing to see an old formula bring sensitivity to discussions about sexism, immigration laws, PTSD and sexuality.
As for the actors, Justina Machado shows she can handle a show like this and the kids show some promise but the real star is Rita Moreno. She is a great performer and responsible for all my biggest laughs - and even a few tears.
A pleasantly surprising show! Wasn't sure what to make of this when it was recommended to me by Netflix but I am loving it so far. Tackles some important issues from both the past and present, I'm not going to lie there are a few touching moments too that nearly made me cry! The show is a good laugh and has something for everybody. I would recommend it to anyone, brill casting all around. Rita Moreno (plays Lydia) is a goddamn national treasure. Hope Netflix renews this! Would love to see a follow up season.
I just binge-watched the whole season this evening and I can't imagine a better way to have spent my time. This show is FANTASTIC. It really is a rollercoaster of emotions in the best way possible. It's 100% a feel-good show and covers really, really important issues! It definitely differs from a lot of American sitcoms, it's raw, it's deep, its inclusive and it's very smart. It's a whole ton of fun. One Day at a Time is my biggest obsession right now & the best way to kick-start 2017.
My cousin has always told me that this was a great show to watch. I put it off while watching other shows, but as soon as there was nothing to watch, I watched Scorpion and I never regretted it. Now my wife and I are hooked. The plots, the puzzles and relationship issues they present in the show are amazing. It's kinda like a MacGyver that's a team with more relationship in it. It's an addicting to show to watch and educational as well.
Priyanka Chopra, the actress who plays the lead, is amazingly beautiful! I think that's the only reason I'm still watching the show. ...well not the only reason but she's definitely a huge part of it for sure.
The chemistry between Favreau, Leguizamo and Emjay Anthony is amazing; just so natural.
It's the best thing Leguizamo, who I generally run hot and cold on, has done in a very long time. Perfect casting of a fantastic film.
Crank up the wonderful soundtrack, get in the kitchen and cook something!
I totally did not expect this movie to be so awesome. As an added bonus it has a great soundtrack!
You should not watch it on an empty stomach though :)
D’Arcy Carden is already a treasure, but she and Ted Danson together in an almost-bottle episode are just amazing. Danson admitting they were friends turns out to be unexpectedly affecting too. Reminds me of Anya processing unfamiliar emotions in Buffy's "The Body", but obvious far, far less severe.
Larry's back and its about time! Still pretty pretty pretty good, his return was a joy to behold.
I love these type shows. House, Bones, Scorpion...shows depicting genius type IQ in lower "E.Q." circumstances. Great pilot!
The waiting for farts scene was so damn funny! Omg LOL!!! Brilliant writing and acting.
One of the most perfect television series you could ever see. To this day I have yet to witness a better series finale than the unpredictable, hugely satisfying conclusion this show offered.
I fucking love The Shield.
One of the Great series ever
I actually enjoyed watching it. Looking at the ratings though, I don't know if I should get to invested. A 0.8 rating for a premiere on CBS does not bode well.
I really enjoyed watch this show. I really liked it.
It's good to see Katherine Heigl on TV again and Laverne Cox is AMAZING!
First "Stranger Things", now this. The '80s are coming back strong, baby!
It's a visual delight for those nostalgic for the' 80s, or just into the whole tackiness of the decade, or colourful wrestling, or all of that! The soundtrack is spot-on, soaked in '80s pop rock, giving the whole show a "feel good" kinda vibe. But all that cute wrapping is actually concealing a great story and compelling characters.
This show has got it all and the first episode totally pinned me down (pun intended).
