This might be a perfect comedy. I have no notes!
Highly underrated series that is easily among the top cop-shows out there I might even be as bold as to say that it's right up there with The Wire (it's a steep drop to be honest). I'm glad Titus Welliver "finally" got this lead role although a bit disappointed to see how typecast Lance Reddick is in every singly show I see 'm in.
A must-see show that gets better with every season.
After season 5 Bosch still continues to deliver. In my opinion, this is the best crime drama today.
Easily one of the best shows out right now. I'm truly sad it was only 10 episodes but the best shows usually are short just to keep us wanting more. It could be my ties to growing up in the area but the characters and plot were so driven that I was hooked.
This was emotionally exhausting.
Great performances by all but it was simply too heavy. I don't see myself ever watching this again.
wow i must say i wasnt expecting much from this show actually but this was breathtaking the story the action the plot everything was flawless i loved the beautiful ladies and the action i cant wait till wednesday from now on
I want expecting much when it came up as a suggestion in my prime lists.
if you're a homophob, not for you.
if you're not into girl power, strong women, not for you.
if you're racist, not going to be for you.
if you like fantasy, crossed with "crime" solving, military-ish with superwomen? you're in luck.
it's surprisingly engaging. charmed with a while lot more kick-assery going on.
If you're into 30 Rock and Unbreakable Kimmi Schmidt, watch this
The first two episodes were phenomenal. This is an absolute gem so far and I can't wait to see where it goes.
well after the great television foobar of 2019 and the mass cancellations for no reason except corporate greed.
i just hope this program lives a long and healthy life as this is a great show and brilliant acting everywhere.
long live the son!
Don't believe the haters... admittedly there are some cliches that grind like the reason he is a good profiler is cos of his father, but despite this, I still find this show very compelling and watchable, particularly with the upcoming demise of Criminal Minds and apparently MindHunter. And I think there are some more interesting twists soon to be revealed.
This series absolutely fantastic, characters have so much charm and likeability. Great story, great action, great comedy, great women!
A Cop Drama With Nathan Fillion, I started it watching it because of him and honestly its a pretty enjoyable show with an array of characters. Not your usual cop drama, there is the right amount of humor and I'm liking it and I want to see where this goes. Lethal Weapon is based on the comedy and has some dramatic elements. Chicago P.D. is a serious drama and you get invested in every moment, this one comes right inbetween.
I just love how Nathan Fillion plays his character, just brings me back to the Firefly days.
I love that shit, omfg! Funny, dark, refreshing and always something new. 10/10 recommend!
It feels like this show is a bit under the radar, it's pretty good though. (5 episodes in)
Hope it doesn't get cancelled.
Since this NYC Covid Lockdown has me stuck in the house, I can finally catch up on all the series I’m behind in...time for Manifest season 2!
This has a great premise and the possibility of being a great show, but if the Brits were doing it they'd make it spectacular and in 8 episodes or less. This is a typical American "how-can-we-drag-a-short-story-into-5-season-before-killing-it-unexpectedly” show waiting to happen. I want to love it, but it just drags on and on. 6/10
Update - someone put a bullet in the back of it's head... about 4 episodes too late. Painfull to watch the further along it went.
Or I´m very lost Or...
This is a Lovecraft history (lol one character speaks openly XD, 30`s adventurer group Chtlulhu adventures) that turns into a superheroes history and the global history I dont have a clue right now ...
I love it.
I applaud Sky for trying to make a better quality SCI series. I can see there has been money spent on both special effects and props/sets. However the storyline is weak. I love the classic Brit SCI series Blake 7. It was a real game changer and I still watch it today. This series could have borrowed elements from this is series and modernised/adapted it. There are some cast members in the show bring little to the story. Its not the actors fault! But more the lack of script/backstory. A leader that constantly threatens her crew, a crew member who just makes mistakes all the time (No humorous) and a drug addict alien that provides not much support for the rest of the crew. This can't work on any working ship in space or otherwise.
Watched the first 2 episodes, can't wait for the rest.
Episode 1 is kinda slowish, but it's getting us familiar with the people.
Episode 2 is much better and has some action.. now it's starting to really get interesting.
8/10
A couple of What the... moments.
Dad and kid are driving down the road. Both are sitting on their seatbelts. Dad swerves as he's looking at the government agents behind him - they're both wearing their seatbelts!
The kid jumps into the back of the van and puts on his seatbelt, but when mum hits the brakes to look at the cops - he's in the front seat!
The big shootout. They've killed the guys - why wouldn't you take their truck. Why in the world would you walk in the desert?!!!!
First episode is quite good. Dialogue feels a bit clunky but I guess it's to be expected with the world-building they have to do (and it being a YA show). The CGI looks fantastic and the acting is fine.
The fantasy world looks very intriguing. Altough I wish they would have shown a map. As someone that hasn't read the book (and someone that loves maps) it would have really helped to make sense of all the different countries and their relations.
EDIT Finished the show. It's very good all around. Very cool fantasy world and sets up even more interesting seasons.
Totally fabulous! Definitely worth the watch. I can't believe I will have to wait a year for the 2nd season.
Solid show and adaptation! I really enjoyed the changes they made to parts of the story and how much more I enjoy certain characters in the tv show version. (Looking at you, Mal) Not quite the next Witcher but definitely better than Fate. My only qualms were with Ben Barnes' acting (very stiff, like he didn't want to be there) and with Nina and Matthias feeling a bit rushed. Although I'm willing to look over it since they had very little time and two other bigger plotlines to juggle. I'm hoping in the second season there's more of a slow burn there.
So far so good....got a Boston Legal vibe (episode 1)
After seeing the full season I think the network is mad cancelling this show.
IMHO it was brilliant. Absolute brilliant cast and the script great.
I liked the “case” in the end and had possibilities.
I would like to have seen the characters and relationships develop more.
Hopefully another network will pick it up.

The pilot episode exceeded my expectations. A really good beginning to the show, looking forward to the next episodes. I felt like watching a feature film, not a tv show - the CGI was on point! Good job CW - hope that you keep up.
It is the first time when ditched the show after first episode. It should've stayed as a script. It doubt it would even be a decent podcast. It really is terrible. Maybe it would be a bit better if you could just listen, but you actually have to read, because creators think that 21st century telephone technology is so bad, that it still makes all the cracking sounds, that's barely possible to understand what is said. 1st episode supposed to be some Sci-Fi, but it was utter nonsense. Completely wasted 13 minutes of my life.
Only three episodes in and it's already my favorite American animated series. Robert Kirkman is a genius. I absolutely LOVED the comic book series. Can't wait to see what subtle changes this has in store. Lets Go!!
Big Supernatural fan and I was looking forward to this show. But after the first three episodes I am a little disappointed so far.
I could not stop watching this!!! I casually watched the first episode, then by day 2, I was finished lol. Great surprise with this one. I was able to keep up with all the twists and turns and I can't wait to see what season 2 brings us! Georgia is so badass. I can't front though... I'm rooting for JOE!!!!!
