One of those shows that doesn’t quite sure what it wants to be, but pretends it does so that you’re tricked into believing that there’s a point to the plot. So you keep waiting and waiting, through one disappointing episode to the next, until you realise you found the perfect show to ignore and just play at the background for some sort of sensory stimulation while you do other interesting things, just so you somehow finish it and gets off your “continue playing” list on Netflix.
Why is the only black woman cast in the role of "the outsider", again? I'm so tired of this trope… there are some refreshing bits here and there, but all in all I'm a bit disappointed by this show as a whole.
The fact that it ended full circle, Jane, having come out of a bag in the first scenes, to going into a bag in the last, totally, saved the finale for me
Wow. Just when I think they couldn't possibly bum me out more....it goes and pulls some bullshit like this. I don't understand the fun in watching this show. In this show's world the Nazis are thriving and no matter what we do to Adolf in S2 or whenever, in order to buy him as a mic drop bad guy, we're supposed to believe he's lived a perfect chill life the past 30 years. Oh, and um, Pacino's character? He was actually the wolf but the last 30 years has been his penance. Ehhhh. No thanks. Everyone is punished in this show, the characters and viewers alike.
So, Arthur, Merlin, Morgana, and The Lady of the Lake pull up to a fight with one sword. Tossing it to each other, blow for blow. Am I supposed to get scared when you tossed The Lady of the Lake, into the lake, because you want me to think she’s dead?
Answer: No, because she’s The Lady of The Lake.
Michaela could have even thrown Jared under the bus more. She also told him to back off like 20 times. Now Jared will probably befriend 828 passenger haters and become a member of a hate group.
oh the cruel realisation that you're getting too old for these types of movies
I'll never understand why Netflix shows so often have everything happening in the last two Episodes on Season 1.
After being bored during most of the Season I am actually hoping for a second.
An absolute let-down after Skyfall. The plot didn't make a lick of sense, and the romance was ridiculous.
I don't think it is necessary to watch the Sleepy Hollow part because this is a finnished episode in my view. Which is a good thing because I hate crossovers especially when the shows have no connection whatsoever. They are mostly just a tool to lure people over.
Turned it off after 15 min. I hate cross promotion pilots. If I want to watch another show I watch another show.
Really cool episode. I love seeing Nora Allen, even though she was the 'speedforce' in this scenario. Wow and that ending, I'm just a sucker for a new lightning color. Black and Silver? yes please!
I know most will just say that this is filler for the upcoming crisis, yes of course it is, what else would the writers be doing? Personally, I think they are filling it up nicely. This was an exciting episode that showed Barry's struggles really well.
As others have stated, Lena Luther’s story is supper stupid given they spent so much establish what a great Peterson she is & how different she is.
interesting twist. the whole episode turns out to be one of brennan's books within the show.
After seeing Booth go into the surgery, this is just a nice episode that is not very meaningful next to the last minute.
I love the message it carries, but the story had quite a few flaws and was a little bit ridiculous and cringe. Had quite high expectations and was really excited and was just slightly let down. But I still loved it and do think it spreads a really important message and showcases how it's all more in the attitude of the person then the actual looks. And also how too much attitude is as bad as no attitude.
Really pleased with the movie! Well done!
What an insane, dramatic, epic finale! That twist at the end- WOW! My heart is still pounding!
Oh, it's another supervillain's masterplan to "save" humanity by changing one single thing in human behaviour because that will be the simple solution to everything. I'm so sick of always the same plot...
I love the terminology and theories crammed into this episode. I've always been a tech junkie, so all the quick flying tech jargon was cracking me up at how a bunch of made-up objects and concepts can seem to make sense when described well, and how normal it can sound to other characters. It's almost like they hear this kind of stuff every day, which of course they usually do.
Cisco: You're looking at the world's first "Inverse Mass Angular Momentum Disruptor", but we can just call it the "Stellar Grenade".
Barry: Cool.
Oh wow, I've to say, it somehow feels like a whole new show... definitely subverted my expectations for this season.
Wow, just wow... Talk about roller coaster..
Very fun watch. Over the top drama that works as long as you're willing to suspend your disbelief.
They try to shoehorn in Ben Platt's musical talent in a few places in ways that don't seem natural, but that's really my only complaint.
Hope it continues on to season 2, because the finale promises another great arc.
A slow and painful movie that starts off impressive, but the novelty soon wears off. The cast is good and the special effects are very immersive, however the whole movie is just a series of random scenes with a very loose connection. With Interstellar we got an epic space adventure, the martian gave us a bit of humour and hope for survival. I honestly don't even know what the subtext for this story is about. What I can tell you is this: Brad Pitt is an astronaut. He goes to space to discover something ridiculously obvious. Some bad things happen for absolutely no reason with no explanation and no follow up. The film ends. Wouldn't recommend even if it lands on a streaming site.
This show gets better and better. This episode was particularly heart wrenching. Season 3 can't come faster.
Oh my sweet god :person_facepalming_tone1::female_sign: I swear to fuck if liam is dead i will be so beyond mad
Since this is coming up I thought I'd leave a comment about this. To be honest I wasn't sure where to place this rating wise but I generally enjoyed this - despite it's millennial VS boomer theme not really working out so well (which I didn't know about having only read the title and seen some stills). It's not a scary movie by any means even if they like to juxtapose the genre elements in the cuts; the primary angle is the comedy which is also why it can get away with being so messy imho.
not a bad movie, but it's like the new fast and furious movies, you have to turn off your brain to enjoy fully.
I can't watch this show anymore i am finding it so boring.
