    3x18 Grilled Salmon w/ Broccoli & Cheese

    For this recipe, we take fresh salmon that we cut up in three inch slices. We marinate the salmon in a mixture of black pepper, basil, garlic powder, salt, brown sugar, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce and olive oil. We then place it on our grill to cook for about five minutes. At the same time we take a head of broccoli and cut up into florets to cook it in the microwave in a bowl with water. Onced cooked we mix the broccoli with sharp cheddar cheese. After the salmon is fully cooked we add avocado salsa on top place it on a plate and serve it with the broccoli and cheese on the side.
